M.I checked out today with my friend at 12.56 and had such an easy, hassle free experience with one of your coworkers she was so lovely and upbeat as well! I didn’t catch her name and was hoping it would be on the receipt. But she threw in a nice lip balm extra for me and my friend. Great service and will definitely be back here!
J.Dont get lost in the serums. Mecca have their own brand that is special and great. I go three times a year, others go more and there is a bonus scheme. Dont be afraid, I was, and it was fine. Especially reccomend their yummy sun defense. Not cheap but worth it.

The Ponsonby store is by far the best. I rocked up today to get a product. The store was shut due to lockdown but they were able to still sort me out via contactless purchasing and surprised me with a few sample goodies - thanks team! 👍
L.My first time at Mecca today I had an awesome experience with the help of Samantha she is so lovely an helpful n knowledgeable so sad to hear it her last day on Wednesday! I hope to see her again there before she leaves! But Mecca why aren't you forcing this sweet girl to stay for much longer or better yet permanently she amazing! Д.Mecca is the best makeup store in New Zealand. I want to say huge thanks to the guys in Ponsonby branch. I came to try very expensive perfume before buying it . They even gave me a little sample so I can try to wear it first. Guess whats going to happen now? 90 % chance i m going to buy it Best customer service and attitude.
