B.This store is very professional. I admit you go into such stores hesitantly as a man in fear that you may be judged. However I went to smell the fragrances, and the woman who came to help was not only excellent in her knowledge but also made it a wonderful experience, with no pressure into buying on the spot. I would recommend for great products, and a welcoming yet professional environment.

E.I usually shop at Mecca in Wellington but was Auckland for the weekend and decided to come in. My skin has become so dry with all the cold weather so asked one of the girls if she could recommend some good foundations for this. She sent me away with a couple of samples to try and was super helpful. Really impressed with the service and now have to decide which one to buy!!

J.My first visit to Mecca with my daughter was memorable because of the great customer service we received from Melissa. Before when I've been into other make-up shops I've felt a little looked down upon as I am naturally a more hippy type middle aged lady whose makeup bag consists of one lipstick and a black mascara! Melissa was engaging, informed and listened to what I wanted and came up with the perfect mascara for me. I will most definitely recommend the shop to my friends because of her and will certainly be back again in the future.

M.I went in on my birthday to treat myself to a perfume I really liked. They didn't stock it and instead of turning me away, they asked me questions to seek out any other scents that I would like. I apologise because I did not pay enough attention to remember her name or even inquire about it. She was really knowledgeable, her pronounciation was emaculate and not only did we find something I never would have picked out on my own, I also left with some really cool facts about the differences between Parfum and cologne. I was beyond impressed and very grateful to have come into the store and have you help me. Thank you very much!
