M.Better late then never but I wanted to let all know of the superb service I received from this particular store, thanks to Willow/Bow.
Christmas 2021 I went to Mecca browsing the Christmas edition stock - just a browse. Not only did I leave the store spending close to $150 for myself (bearing in mind at the most expensive time of the year) but I left with the confidence to experiment, learn fundamentals and be comfortable with eye makeup from our interaction - priceless. She was genuine and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything.
It was a memorable customer service, thank you Bow.
s.Meet one of ladies here named Diana! & she is absolutely beautiful! Such great customer service! Taught me how to contour & had so much patience with showing me how to apply a natural polish look for men! Because of her customer service she also up sold me on some concealer that I now love! Amazing person Diana! ☺️
A.This Mecca was pretty hectic on the Saturday afternoon I visited. It was hard to find a staff member who was free to help me, and I probably waited 20 minutes until I spotted someone free and grabbed it. I think they could take on more staff in the weekend. Thankfully the woman who helped me (Didn’t get her name, tall, long dark hair) was genuine, friendly and helpful. She gave me a sample to try of a Charlotte Tilbury product which was much appreciated as I was unsure about it.
But this store definitely could sell a lot more if they had more staff.
P.The best Mecca store ever! My friend and I were so grateful to receive help from the beautiful Tanaya and we were so satisfied with the products she recommended to us. She took the time to really connect with us as well as educating me about the different products and what best suits my skin type. She boosted my confidence so much and really made me feel amazing in my own skin for once. Thank you Tanaya and staff at Sylvia Park ❤️
C.I always have good experiences at Mecca Sylvia Park but today I was particularly impressed. I came into the store to get a colour match for the new Charlotte Tilbury foundation and was served by Sabrina. She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. She has so much product knowledge too. I’m glad that I came into the store instead of buying online because I definitely would have bought the wrong shade and formula for my skin type! Lol. My skin-tone can be a bit tricky to colour match and I have been incorrectly matched in the past but Sabrina found my perfect shade. She is an absolute superstar!!!
H.I went in to the Sylvia Park store today for a colour match for some foundation. I got served by Steven who was AMAAAZING! I can’t rate him enough! He was so friendly and got my colour match right in the first try. His energy was so comfortable and he made me feel at ease. Then I spoke to his manager who said he’d only be working for a week! Incredible, I’ll definitely be recommending him and the Sylvia Park branch! Absolutely love his vibes, thank you Steven 😁 If your head office could organise something for him I would really appreciate it because he deserves it!! He’s made my day ☺️
E.It was my first time meeting Lateasha today at the counter she has such an amazing, kind hearted soul and nature. Me being a shy person she made me feel very welcomed into the store and comfortable. Thankyou girl and because of you I'd definitely walk into the store again 😊😊 Highly recommend
c.I went into Mecca tonight for a colour match and Laura helped me out with finding the right colour for the foundation I wanted and she was so lovely. She helped me out with everything I needed and was so knowledgeable. The rest of the staff were so sweet too ☺️ So happy with the products she helped me out with. Thank youuuuuuu
S.I went in about a day ago and had such a great experience! Tegan (if I recall her name correctly hehe 😅) was the lovely employee that helped me during my visit. She was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and patient! Honestly, kudos to her for being so patient with me who’s an absolute beginner with makeup hahaha
I couldn’t be any more happier and satisfied with my visit there on that day, thank you so much again Tegan, you’re an absolute angel! 🥰❤️
J.Brought my mum here for her birthday for a facial and the skin specialist, Alice, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly and patient, explaining each step to her in detail, would definitely recommend this service!

B.All I can say is WOW! The team at Mecca are amazing - they never fail to impress me with their 5-star customer service. They are incredibly helpful and always greet me with a smile every time I enter the store. In particular, a lovely woman named Aislinn helped me to find the perfect foundation for my skin. She was happy, positive and extremely helpful. I will never shop for make up anywhere else.

I’m glad we have this on offer in the flesh closer to this part of Auckland instead of having to drive to CBD or buy online without trying all the time. This store can get super busy especially being in a mall but once you get a hold of a staff they’re super helpful and knowledgeable.
Plus you can take a sample home to try products without buying or opening it first to see if it works on you, amazing!

A.The staff were simply amazing. Helen has assisted me on choosing the right products for me. She's clearly knowledgable on the different products available for different skin types. I am loving all the products she has recommend - Slaai make up cleanser, hourglass mascara, laura mercier moisturizer. Helen is simply amazing! I will definitely visit Mecca and look for Helen again for new recommendations!
