W.I live overseas, so it was important to get a nice gift for my mother, and My Goodness was I think a superb choice! She loved the gift, and it was packaged so well it actually looks twice as nice as the pictures on the site. And even though I got the address wrong, they contacted her and delivered to the correct address. For future gifts, I think I'll only use My Goodness Gift Baskets from now on :) Thank you!
L.I had wonderful service from the team! Ordered in the morning and due to the high demand of the couriers lately I opted to rather collect my parcel. Stopped off they were extremely busy! k.I have used this company for more than 5years now. I am totally satisfied with their products and the price is extremely reasonable. The shopping here is stress free, quick and efficient. The quality of products in each gift items are really top notch not to mention the beautiful various packaging it comes in. This place is ideal gift place for friends colleagues customers and employees or whoever you want to thank or spoil. During the pandemic when Auckland was in shut down and was hard to shop for everyone during Christmas, they really stepped up their game and catered and accommodated to my every gift giving need. They really came through for me with the immense amount of items i was ordering. This place is fantastic for companies with lots of employees whom you want to spoil. I have never regretted my decision here. They also deliver directly without any problems.
M.I am shocked at the negative experiences some have had due to poor communications and now fear for my two orders placed on the 10th Dec. I always take a picture of orders before exiting the payment page. If I hadn’t done this I wouldn’t know the order number of one orders that has not had an order confirmation. Have emailed and left a phone message. I live out of Auckland and are considering getting someone to visit the showroom to sort my orders. If the owner reads this please tell me what is happening to Order 58597 and Order 58601 in your review comments. Many thanks as I usually do like to give only very positive feedback when ordering on line. I will correct this review rating as soon as delivery is make but meantime I am very concerned.

L.A bit disappointed, ordered gift on 10th December for one of our most important clients, paid next day delivery and it has still not arrived on 22nd December, hopefully today. It was not dispatched at all for an entire week so not courier delay. Understand it is a busy time of year however it has still taken longer than I would have expected.
