Great range of products and reasonably priced. Went into store and needed some advice between the two products I was deciding between, and felt like they had all the right knowledge to help. Have also ordered online with them and my order arrived super speedy and with a few extra little gifts.

I have been to this cool store several times and I was there again today for product. Jordan has mostly always served me. He is very helpful and knowledgeable when comes to deeper questions around training and what the correct product would be for my application. Store is always neat and tidy and often has great discounts on certain brands. Go try it for yourself!!

The team there always makings things super easy! The salesman (Jordan??) is always super helpful when I don’t know what I’m after and directs me in the right direction for my needs and wants. Super personable that’s why I prefer coming in than shopping online.

I was a bit shy as I don't have much knowledge with supplements. Not sure of the guys name that was working there today, but he was extremely helpful and friendly. Managed to get something that suited me and he gave me some advice on products. That guy was awesome. Definitely recommend

Great experience, one of the best supplement shops in Auckland. Its my monthly visit for mass gainer, whey, and pre-workout products! The staffs are full of passion and with deep knowledge in the supplements. Particularly shout out to Jordan, always providing spectacular service and guidance. Highly recommended!

First time buying a product in store as I usually order online but needed the product asap. Arrived around 9.30am as Google mentioned this is their opening times, turns out due to covid restrictions it was now 10am. Even though, I did wait a few minutes for the staff member to arrive, it was a great first time experience in store overall as the product was available and the nice gentleman gave me a discount as well as some great free goodies! Thank you so much! 😊

Great store! Such a welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable manager. Helped me lose 30kgs and gain a newfound respect for health, fitness, finance and relationships. 10/10 would definitely buy more creatine from here

I drop by every so often for bars or pre workout drinks when I need a pick me up. The guy there is hilarious and very helpful! I always end up leaving with a smile on my face either from my caffeine boost or from his silly banter. Thanks Jordie and NZ Muscle! PS: Bring back the Ghost cans.

Ordered 1.5 week ago 3 products ("going to store" since 22 Sept) on NZ Muscle with click & collect. Went unhappy and upset with the waiting time. Reached out to the staff (Vanessa) on the live chat of NZ Muscle website about the situation, very patient, kind, and understanding and confirmed me on Tuesday 28th that the order will be shipped on Thursday and ready for click & collect on Friday. On Friday, I received no notification, so I sent an unhappy message to NZ Muscle and Vanessa helped me on that one and advised to contact Q.S store which I did. Q.S store staff was going through the parcels that arrived, and invited me to come to the store and check if my parcel was there. I went to the store, and he didn't found mine but I went out of the store not unhappy neither upset anymore. The reason is the staff itself was pretty shocked that the parcels that arrived were from before the lockdown. That the carriers are overloaded, that Vanessa is a new staff (lost some staff during the lockdown) and is trying her best. He also tried to see if the products I ordered online was in Q.S Store which shows concerns of staff toward customers and that they're trying their best. Unfortunately, they didn't have the product so he advised me to ask for redirection to my home address instead since deliveries are faster. Anyway, hope this review will provide sufficient reasons for those who are also unhappy and upset for waiting their parcels for 1+ week, and that this will help to make people understand what is going on and avoid blaming too much NZ Muscle staff.

Super cute store. Came in today to get a belt and a few other bits n pieces. It's very small and may not have everything you need, but for your basic Supps and some gear, they'll have you covered. Had an amazing lady (with an accent 😍) and an incredible physique help me out a tonne after asking for different supplements and gear. She gave me recommendations as well as pointed me in the right direction and even offered to order extra things in for me. I'm well impressed. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Five hearts. Out of five, of course.

Shop is conveniently located in Queen Street and it’s a must when you need a last minute supplement. Due to the fact it’s a tiny place, some brands won’t be in stock, leaving you no choice but to order online. There’s normally just one staff which might be inconvenient if you have other customers in front of you. On top of that, prices are not labeled in the products so you need to rely on the staff to tell you how much an item costs, which, again, will make you spend more time in it.

Super quick with dispatch. Great service never had an issue. Love the free bonus goodies every time I have purchased something. Great company. Great staff. 5 stars for sure.
