It's been over a month since I have used products from Origani, and I can honestly say that these products are amazing. I have dry and sensitive skin, so I am impressed by the outstanding results. All-natural and organic ingredients, my skin has never felt so smooth. Thank you, Roberto, for the fantastic customer service. The products at Origani are amazing. Go see LISA at Sylvia Park and she will look after you. She is is very knowledgeable and passionate on all the Origani products and she guided me through what the best options were for my skin with a great consultation. i never felt under any pressure and really enjoyed the experience I had with her. I usually like to just try things out by myself but she made me feel so comfortable and was really easy to talk to. She explained everything so well and clearly and answered all my questions. Lisa was honest and just wanted me to have the best skin care for my skin. She was not pushy and very caring and genuine as well as generous with her time and products. I love my products and got what is right for me thanks to Lisa. She is the best consultant and I will be back again and again. She looked after me and she will look after you!

Hello hello 🙂 I’m not really one to write a review, but, after having an exceptional experience at Origani I definitely felt the need to! I had an excellent service from the salesman, Roberto. Super enthusiastic, understanding and extremely generous. He was so passionate about guiding me through the best skincare routine that suited my skin! I was so amazed at the difference the products had with my skin just from trying out those free samples. My skin went from looking dry to looking hydrated, silky and shiny! LOVED IT! So far the products are doing me wonders! I’m really looking forwards to what my skin will look like further down the track! I can only imagine it to be AMAZING and that’s all thanks to Roberto for grabbing my attention while I was just going to walk straight pass the store!!! Highly recommend Origani and if you want a consultation to go to Mr Roberto! I guarantee you won’t regret it!

The products at origani smell amazing and do a good job on the skin. The customer service by Lisa was very good. She helped make me feel very comfortable and got me to sit down for me to try some of the skincare products origani offers. She was very informative and was very kind and gentle when helping apply the products onto my hands to try which i loved the smell and feel of. Overall i had a good experience and would recommend for people to go visit the store! :)

I don't usually give 5 stars to many as you can well understand from my other reviews but these guys are definitely an exception. The products are completely organic and made from natural products is what I've been told. Being a luxury and premium cosmetic brand, the prices also seemed very reasonable for the quality offered. Something really interesting and encouraging is that Origani doesn't spend excessively on marketing but rather emphasize on no obligation free demonstrations (not something that you see everyday amongst luxury brands of this stature). Staff members are extremely generous, understanding and welcoming. I had a personal experience with Yuki who is a lovely lady. She provided me with a transparent, sustainable and economic skin care routine absolutely free of cost without even pitching me to buy anything. It's nice and extremely encouraging to see such business practices where there are some who still believe in building and maintaining customer value and long term relationships over just profits. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone. You guys are doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work and I definitely hope to see you guys again soon!

The product at Origani are amazing. :) They feel really nice on your skin and make a huge difference in your complexion. I especially like the stem cell vitamin C serum, it smells amazing and the Manuka honey peel. The staff were great. I had Roberto who had great customer service, and knew a lot about the products. He was also friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

The product is good for me especially for the sensitive skin like me . Joan who serve me is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. She is explaining the product well and recommend me the right product to use which make my skin better after using the product. Origani best.

I went to this shop yesterday and was served by a person named Lisa. I was very pleased with her service and attitude towards customers. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating and I highly recommend this place for people who would go in the future.

It's a good product but I wished that they'd let a person go to tell other people about them and how good it was. I won't recommend them because I felt so insecure about my skin but there's only one solution, their product. Which I think, is not true. I am happy with how my skin before the offered "free" trial and consultation but I felt the worst after that made seem that the only solution and only thing that works is their product. Sure if you are comparing them to cheap items, they will perform best and give results. True they have good product but I wish that the experience of them selling it was not felt like it's forced that you need it right away. I have Artistry and it worked the same as they are in same price range but they did not compare themselves to that brand but against cheap items. The conversation and connecting part seems inorganic and inconsistent to their message that they are not about the product but concern is you.

I strongly advise you to check out these guys!! I enjoyed meeting the manager, Rob, who is from Italy and clearly is a vibe 🔥. Customer service is a ten out of ten. Thankyouu! For the highest level of service! Cili sends his heartfelt greetings. Hope to buy more from you guys next time! 💯

It has been an extreme pleasure to try the organic products and amazing customer service experience. The products I have purchased are working well for my skin as I have very sensitive skin. There hasn't been eczema issues as normally during winter my skin used to get irritated. I even earned facial twice where this gentleman Roberto did a phenomenal job. Recommending highly to others to give a short 🙌

Product is great, five stars however staff behavior is quite extreme either really good or quite rude. I went twice during Christmas time and was unsure about reviewing but after my last experience at Queen St store, I decided to leave my experiences of Sylvia Park's stores too. The ladies at kiosk near the food court were lovely, the way they treat me and my mother was the sweetest, their service was 5 stars for sure. However, the store up stairs. I went two days after with a friend, we passed by and I told her how this product I bought was so good, so the sales man saw us and most likely heard us, he started to talk to my friend demonstrated that product I told her about and other and I was completely forgotten there by him and other stuff, he could have demonstrated me that second product I did not know about but even though we made eye contact he completely ignored me, I left and waited outside as I just couldn't be bothered anymore. It felt like I was face blocked which is not unusual to happen, as for appearance I may look like I'm not interested in skin care which is the opposite but despite that as a sales person your responsability is to treat anyone who enters your shop kindly, despite how they look.

Roberto from queenstreet store is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The store was very welcoming as well.

With Level 2 now open I wanted to check it out and I'm so glad that I went up there because I found Origani skin care (actually Bella found me and convinced me to sit down for a skin consult! Such a lovely experience!). I love my Origani goodies and I am so happy to be putting aside time for me every morning and night to get my new skincare routine underway. The results are already showing, my skin is so much more hydrated and firm. Thank you so much to Bella (Arbel) for walking me through the benefits of these products that now sit proudly in my bathroom cabinet! Very exciting for a busy mum like myself. Thank you - all mums should treat thenselves to Origani and I will be recommending Bella at Sylvia Park :-)

I was only passing by when this lovely lady named Roni, called my attention. She was very professional, gave me information about their products and let me try the testers. Not just for the sales talk but Roni was also concerned to see a couple of red spots on my neck. According to her, I used harsh cleanser hence the appearance of irritated skin. After using the products Roni recommended, the red spots on my face and neck disappeared in a week or 2. My face becomes clearer and I feel good using the products. Big thanks to Roni for introducing me to this amazing brand. I'm a fan!

Great customer service Niv from origani was great he help me out with some skin care. Being a truck driver I have been getting sensitive skin in the summer months here in NZ Australias climate is a lot friendlier haha. He's help me big time with my skin on my face and hands so I would highly recommend his service. Thanks guys

Holy moly...forget your supermarket shelf creams and lotions. This is it. Numero uno. The under eye serum is something to be admired. Never have I had a product deliver on its talk. Magic. Spend your dollars knowing you have a winner 💣
