n.OMG I drove past this place and decided to stop in to grab a few things for my bird. And WOW this place makes animates look budget. This place has EVERYTHING. Even huge different brands for all animals. Selections and choices galore. You won't be disappointed!!!
They need to open a store in South Auckland!

K. W.I can't really accurately rate the Constellation Pet Stock, as I was not able to get inside. So, I just gave a median score for now. It pays to check their hours online, as they definitely stick to them. New to the area & running obviously late after discovering some favourite cat food was critically low...I arrived with 3 minutes to 5 p.m., (their Sat. Closing is 5 p.m.), as some cars were exiting the carpark. I hopped out of my car quickly towards hopefully entering to quickly buy a bag of Royal Canin cat food but...the closed sign was already posted, and although the employee at the register clearly saw me, there was no effort towards an exchange or a last-minute buy. It could have been my late, anxious, mask-free appearance at the door, (it was on my wrist, ready to deploy) - very much hoping for a chance to buy just before 5 p.m. - that put the employee off, or...rules are rules! Will educate myself solidly on their hours, and maybe try Albany next time.

M.The team at Petstock Vets are just amazing. They treat you so lovely and most of all they are excellent at communicating. Procedures, treatments and advice is given so well and not in a demeaning or arrogant tone that some vets I have used in the past used. The focus is on your pet and yourself and how they can help you, being especially mindful of your budget or other needs.
The store has a huge and varied selection of products that cater to all budgets and staff are very knowledgeable in the products stocked and can make very sound suggestions.
I highly recommend this store and the fantastic staff.

J. C.I am a regular customer and I'd like to comment on the grooming service. I take my dog there fortnightly for washing and monthly for grooming. I have a 5 years old Poodle and he needs regular brush. If it is not done correctly, my dog's hair can break, frizz or curl up in a matted mess. I can't do it properly and had a lot of problems in the past at home, and took me a while to find someone who could deal with my dog. I have to say my dog doesn't like grooming at all, and he is one of these difficult dogs who barks and won't stay for more than 2 minutes. Elaine and her team are really professional, polite and super nice to my dog and I had no issues with her in the past 2 years. I've been given tips about how to bath and brush him at home. They check his ears, nails and let me know if there're any problems, they even help me to choose the right flea collar to suit Auckland's weather when I first moved here from Christchurch. I would highly recommend Elaine and her team, reasonable price and very good customer service. I usually drop my dog off and I could have a couple hours free time to do my shopping or my nails, I'll get a phone call from them to remind me to pick up my dog. Well done team, thank you so much for the great service.

If you sign up for a loyalty card you also get nice store credit bonuses that you can use as discount with future purchases. PETstock is the only local place that sell Addiction brand of dog food that we buy as other brands make our dog's eyes run. They also have in-house vets who are better priced than our near by vet clinics.

D. R.The staff are so friendly and helpful. Any question I ask even if it may seem silly, they answer and provide great advise whether its about food, exercise or general health. They have always gone above and beyond for me. My puppy loves visiting which makes going to the vet so much easier. Especially as he's such a boisterous boy and tends to get up to mischief.
The staff are also great with my older dog whose generally quite nervous at the vet but they always manage to calm her down.
