Best service you'll get! So kind and attentive to our pup. Treats and patience! Went in just for a look around. Came out with a bunch - plus our boy got his nails trimmed. Really great staff! Thanks for your help.

Product selection is consistently good and most staff very knowledgeable and helpful. One not so much on this day, uncommunicative, didn't prompt me about rewards account (I have one), no smiles & no interest in engaging while being served Soon another (more senior I would guess) stepped in and was fantastic, as per normal. A very tall young lady who helped me carry my purchases to the car, gold ⭐ Their rewards system is, well, actually rewarding unlike some. The store as always was clean and organized despite it being 2 days before Christmas 🎄. Does pay to shop around for pet carry cases etc though, cause I purchased mine at Kmart for $60 less with no compromise on quality. All in all, I highly recommend Pet Stock Henderson, pet friendly environment, Covid safety protocols followed.

I recently took on 4 abandoned kittens and I am currently feeding them Royal Canin. The rewards program makes it so much more affordable for me as I go through a lot of food for them. Also, the staff are really nice, approachable, and are passionate about animals too.

I take my dog in pretty much every week to give her a wash myself. I also use the clippers on her, especially over the summer months, but it used to take me forever & she's not as obliging as she used to be. Anyway, I am so glad to report that PETstock Henderson have now got a new dog groomer! She is wonderful! She did everything I asked for plus she gave my dog the most awesome-ist brush ever! Very impressed!

Super helpful! The groomer gave great advice on what dog wash products to use at home for my particular breed, made a huge difference and made choosing what I needed a breeze. Everyone was really nice as well, definitely will head back.

The girls at PetStock Henderson are always very friendly and knowledgeable and always take the time to talk to us to provide information and answer our many questions as first time dog owners. They also provide a good grooming service on site, -a shout out to Josie who did Milos groom last week, you were so good with him and did a lovely job, also gave us some great tips for how to best groom at home and what shampoo products are good to use:)
