I just want to thank the team at Precision Watches for the fabulous job they have done restoring my Grandparent's clock to full working order. After both my Parents died within 5 months of each other last year, one of the items I decided to keep was a mantel clock that belonged to my Mum's Parents. Long story short, due to Covid Lockdowns, it took the best part of 10 months for the work to be completed and it wasn't cheap, but I'm so pleased that I went through with it. It has proven to be a great investment and I now have something to pass on to other members of the family in the years to come. Its also hugely comforting to once again hear the chimes of a clock I grew up with. Thanks to Wayne and the team, much appreciated! 😁👍

Excellent place to fix anything and everything related to time. I needed a couple links for a Nixon which I couldn’t source anywhere in nz Precision watch said the could get them in but would take time and cost more than leaving it with them for a day and they would make and identical to fit And that’s exactly what they did Fast efficient and masters of their trade Price was outstandingly good Can’t recommend them enough

Excellent attention to detail, took my watch in for a new pin, the technician explained the problems with having a ceramic strap but was willing to try to remove the broken pin. Successful with the removal and correct fitting of replacement and all for $10 which I thought was great value. Have been before and have received good advice regarding watches from them before.

Before going to this company, I read the numerous reviews given by other customers. They all said it was a pleasure to go and be served there and they are absolutely right. I had a watch that had been given to me by my wife before she passed on and other shops had told me they only service the watches they sell. So I asked Google and found PWC. Although in the end they couldn't help me because the spare parts were no longer available, the lovely lady that served me went out of her way to find another similar watch that could take it's place at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with my purchase and would indeed recommend them to anyone who wants good old-fashioned service at the right price. Thank you.

I had visited the store the first time today. Inside looked like a scene out of Harry Potter which I thought was cool :) I needed an extra link added for my Citizen watch. The fantastic and very kind lady whom I encountered at the front desk set me up with the right expectations on how long it would be to order such a part but then gave me an option of still extending my strap without having to wait. I took the latter option and now I can wear my watch comfortably like a boss. Great service and you really do feel you are in the company of professionals.

Took in three watches "off the street" today. One to have a leather strap replaced another to have a clasp replaced and a third to have a new battery. Whole lot done in 10 minutes and ridiculously low charge. Interesting chat about about chronometers etc and an amazingly interesting, authentic shop.Made my day!

Took my Tissot wrist watch to this store to get it readjusted since I had no idea how to reset the stop hand to its original position. The nice bloke inside knew exactly what he is doing and is quite knowledgeable about watches fixed it in a jiffy. I was in and out within 5 minutes and hassle free. Thought it would cost a hefty fee as it's a luxury watch, thanks for making my day, highly recommended!

Took in an old Nisus Swiss watch for an opinion....Seemed very interested in it. Opened it up, adjusted it, gave an opinion as to its condition while I waited (5 mins) Said they wouldn't service it because of wear but that it was in pretty good condition anyway. Honest, helpful...and no charge. Excellent....
