R.Beautiful store with many trinklets and crystals. Staff are friendly and warm. Store is a little small and needs to be more spaced out. Other than that, I enjoy shopping there. 4/5 star rating.
R.Great shop with fabulous stock, rocks and stones in particular, a really great variety especially in the line of crystals. Fantastic range of products in this shop and so very worthwhile just to visit and admire, once you are in this shop I'm sure you won't walk out empty handed, not from staff pressure but from their incredible range. Children especially will be fascinated and will quickly ask to be allowed to start or enhance a collection. Neat knowledgeable staff, who are friendly, happy and great to deal with.
M.I walked in to see what type of shop this was. Not my thing but looks very interesting and good products for someone who wiild be interested. Staff didnt interact with me I thought was weird, as Im an advocate for good service. But oh well must have been busy. I cant judge service based on not getting any. If I had a gift to give I would come here as a few things would be great for a gift.
C.Rivendell is a beautiful store filled with beautiful goods. They have my favorite incence, superhit satya, at a very reasonable price. The whole store is a treasure trove. The walkways are a little tight, so maybe not good for a wide wheelchair. There are also alot of hanging items, so watch out if you are tall! They have crystals, cards, statues, jewelry, Custom necklaces, water and smoke ornaments, books, wall hangings, hanging light catchers, dreamcatchers and so much more. There is even an instore wishing well. The staff are helpful and kind, and don't mind you wandering around looking. This small store is beautiful.

S.recently brought some crystal bracelets from this store and they came in great quality, and only took one day to ship. i'm honestly addicted to buying these crystal bracelets and positive things have been happening since i've been wearing them. i currently have amethyst, amazonite, howlite, and buying tiger's eye, moonlight, and rose quartz. i'm so grateful a shop like this exists and can't wait to buy more products! much love <3

s.i used to go in this store all the time when i was little and lived in Auckland. it's been a while since I've purchased something from there but me and my mum went in there looking for a necklace that would help me with my adnoids (I've always had problems with them especially in the spring time) and this woman that worked there was so kind to us and i got a moon shaped necklace i can't remember what it's called but it broke 2 years ago and i remember it working really well i also think i got a rose quartz bracelet from there and it works so well!!!!
A.This shop is my go to place when I am looking for that something special for family and friends; or even a treat for myself. I've been shopping here for years and everyone who works there, including the owner have always treated me extremely well. I cant recommend this business and the staff highly enough.

G.Rivendell was my favourite shop for books, crystals and cards then I the the prices shot up past my budget now. I find it easier to shop on line It's a lot cheaper for me personally but still is a lovely shop.

Z.Rivendell is my go to for all things! It's a wonderful place with wonderful staff that work hard to maintain it and keep it together! Yes there's a lot of theft there and I can understand why the staff could watch you. If you're not doing anything wrong, it wouldn't worry you at all! The owner is an amazing person and I'd just like to thank you all for all your hard work and keeping Rivendell open for people like me!

r.I love this shop, I go in it everytime I come to Albany mall. The staff are always lovely and sometimes I pick up their singing bowls to observe them, and one of the guys will come over and give me a demonstration! Just quietly, it absolutely makes my day. I love hearing those things and its amazing seeing the kindness of others. I do get a little scared I might be told off for picking it up, but then to be reassured by then playing it is always a magical experience. I have even asked them what the crystals I am wearing are and they generally are always able to tell me or find out! I find myself in there way too many times more than I would like to admit! (Haha) keep up the awesome work!!

e.This is my 'go 2 store' for all or most of my gifts whether it be 4 birthday, celebration, anniversaries & graduations & I'm totally satisfied with my chosen gifts... gifts from Rivendell only come with the person in mind so it's been chosen from the heart. Being in the wellness & healing business this is where most of my incense sticks, dreamcatchers, windchimes & Crystal's are brought from. I'm always browsing around looking 4 new additions as they always surprise you with something new... which is very refreshing, maybe a bigger store is my only point but that's just minor issue. Now maybe a "Loyalty card" could be great incentive for loyal customers & keeping them as future satisfied customers (I cud be biased lol). Thanks for keeping customers like minded happy shoppers.

A.Such an extensive range of rare and beautiful items all in an enchanting wee shop tucked away in Westfield Manukau! Who would have known! Such a hidden gem, with super friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices too. A must visit if you are in the south Auckland area, even just to have a look around!
H.I have always been a gods child. But this shop i always thought was just dark spritual things.. i went in out of curiousity and they had beautiful dream catchers hanging and crosses and scriptures.. and to be honest. A few crafts caught my eye.. the staff are amazing. And it feels so mystical when you walk in. Just dont walk in with kids lol.
