H.Have visited the store today (2018 Boxing Day). Found the staff member pretty annoying by illustrating the fact that 70% off was applied to the second item but not the first one. She said "nice try" when I asked about the deal....
S.I can't believe I haven't written a review prior. Staff are SO friendly, usually with stores I have my favourites but each and every single staff member is so likeable. My first few times entering I felt out of place as I have like, green hair and baggy black clothing, completely opposite to the cute vibe of the shop. Despite this the staff always talk with me in such a soothing tone. Especially this one staff member, i'm pretty sure she's the owner, seems about 30-50. She is SO sweet and adorable, she reminds me of my mother with the way she speaks and her manners. I always purchase Pompompurin merchandise and she takes note of it which I find sweet, it's such a small detail but I like how she remembers. Also on the store's instagram she posts images of products sometimes with odd but cute captions. The english is a bit off but I think it adds more charm, anytime I see the posts I smile. I come here almost anytime I visit the city and I totally recommend it. Sure it's a little pricey, but it's worth it for the experience.
V.I love this store. I had been ordering items from the San Rio in US, but they always seem to be out of stock. It's been months and they still have not restocked most of items I had wanted. I turned to this store, as a result, and am very pleased with the items. I have not experienced anything being out of stock yet. If they are running low on items the online site gives you a warning. I just love the store!!

The staff was happy to tell me about the store discounts that were on at the time; my experience was very relaxing; the store had a very peaceful, pleasing atmosphere.

J.This is one of the best gift stores I have ever been to, they have constantly changing interesting sales, are always actively bringing in new stock and will take requests and always have a good selection of items on special than range from cool hot swappable faceplate computer mice to blankets and super cute plushies and bags.
The staff member (maybe owner?) in the downtown store was so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about their products, and the store layout is great - too many cool products tucked into baskets and special displays!

m.One of my favourite spot in NZ!! As a devoted Hello Kitty fan for 30 years this place is truely the one for me. They have great collections from all over the world you can not normally get it from other Sanrio stores. Prices are also reasonable and staff is really friendly and helpful. They do promotion quite often so recommend to connect with FB and Instagram.

女儿每次都能找到一些她喜欢的小东西，店主也很热情。这次一进门就被告知现在school Holiday所有物品八折但是不包括新到物品，女儿选的没有标明是新到物品。可是结账的时候却被告知是新到物品没有折扣。这样会让客人有些不舒服。这次的体验不算好。
