A.What a helpful gem TRISHA was today! Having never been into a Sephora store before, I quickly learned it was superior to a department store because you get one on one service and can try on products and receive help and recommendations with ease! Very pleased with the service from TRISHA!

S.ABSOLUTELY MIND-BLOWN at the incredible service I received today from Robyn! I have avoided going to Sephora due to the awful service I consistently received from the Queen Street branch and only went because I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else, but Robyn and the rest of the team have made me think twice about Sephora's nasty reputation! :)
R.Shane was absolutely incredible !! So helpful sourcing a particular product for me from another Sephora store and having them put it on hold for me , Shane went out of his way to return calls to me and was very knowledgable. I was really impressed with Shane’s customer service !

My friend and I were both overcharged on our purchases, she was lucky to be able to return and get the refund ($60).
I've tried to ring Newmarket directly and start chats online with the store with no luck. I've now been chatting to customer service for a month trying to get my refund as I can't get back to the store. They have now let me know that since 30 days has passed im only allowed a gift card. Maybe tell me that 30 days ago? Very unhappy with their service. Will go to Mecca instead.
C.Shane was incredible, he only needed to do ONE PERFECT COLOUR MATCH for both my Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation and Tarte Shape Tape Concealer.
As a pasifika woman it’s incredibly hard for me to get a perfect colour match at counters because people usually don’t understand how to match my complexion - especially under indoor lighting.

J.Loved that they were strict on covid rules and limited the amount of people in store. They were not rude about it, really easy going when asking for a vaccination pass.
Today I was served by a lady named Gaaya, she had the best customer service, she was professional and she just genuinely seemed to really love her job. She had no issues with helping me. She has recommended products that I will purchase online as there was no stock of it left in store but I did get to sample the product before leaving to make sure it was the right one. The staff seem to communicate effectively through the microphone/ear pieces they wear. Really great customer service Gaaya, thank you!
