O.Great shop for beauty, good service but pricey
S.I had such a lovely experience today with Jasmine. 10/10 customer service. She was very patient and helped me pick out products as per my needs. Will definitely go back :)
N.Came to Sephora to find a lipstick for my wedding. Lauren was beyond helpful and advised on all the different textures and colours from preferred cruelty-free brands. She was really informative and also kept to the health and safety guidelines. Will definitely be back to take a makeup lesson from her also.
M.This is a really great shop with truly amazing staff. Not only are the staff friendly, they're very knowledgeable and helpful. I'd recommend chatting with Rachel and Sophie not only about makeup but skincare as well. I was so impressed with the range of options, including loads of vegan products, and the staff are quick to point these out if you ask.
L.We visited Sephora on a very large sale event. The store was extra busy and unfortunately I looked for some help from a sales assistant but no one was available. I was able to find what I wanted eventually. A beautiful, bright, well laid out store. My daughter purchased a few lovely items and apart from a 10 minute wait in the cue, the sales people were lovely and she received some little treats (always a bonus) Would love to call in again when it is not quite as busy.
H.Health and beauty shop on queen street. Music is high in the shop lots of young girls shopping around. In terms of pricing it is not that affordable but beauty is priceless. I hope those products will do what they are supposed to do.
C.Finally a Sephora for Auckland! 😍 Relatively large store, with lots of helpful staff. Comparable with the Sephora in Sydney, Melbourne and Bangkok.
P.Had the best experience at Sephora on Queen Street! The loveliest staff, Lauren, went above and beyond, not only giving great makeup tips, but also educated me on skincare products and giving me samples to try! Would 100% recommend, if you're seeing this, thank you again Lauren! :)))

P.I like Sephora but I wish there were some wet wipes or water to remove all the different creams/cleansers off my skin while testing products. Cannot really try anything else after the skin is left all oily from the waterproof make up remover.
- couldn't find any body care products (lotions/butters/creams) in this store
- lots of minis near the checkout were missing price tags
A.I can’t express how amazing the service I had from Lauren was a few weeks ago. I’ve been really struggling with my skin and decided to try Sephora to finally sort it out. I’m so glad I came across Lauren because she has an extensive knowledge of skincare and the science of it. She knows how it works, what works and what doesn’t. She was amazing at listening to all my conflicting skin concerns and what I’ve tried and hasn’t worked before. I never felt rushed along or pressured to buy everything. It was so refreshing after experiencing a lot of rude customer service lately. She sorted me out with a great routine that is working amazingly for my skin! Haven’t been this happy with it in a long time! :D

L.We went to the Sephora on Queens St in Auckland and saw Lauren Stephen, such a beautiful, friendly women. She did our friend's makeup beautifully!! Her skin was glowing all night, she said it felt so soft!! And it held all night!!!. The next morning she said her skin still felt hydrated and soft!!. We constantly kept looking at her and was in ahhh of how she look. Lauren gave us excellent customer service!!. Even when was doing our friend's makeup she still gave us excellent direction of product that we where interested in!! Definitely recommend seeing this lovely person!!
K.Swung in this evening looking very lost and confused and was promptly helped by Lauren, who was endlessly patient and kind with me. She was incredibly helpful in both helping me match my foundation (what I had come in for), picking out concealer and blush for me, and going above and beyond in cleansing my skin. I've avoided makeup my whole life, and was scared of taking my first step into trying it, but I turns out I didn't need to worry. Absolutely awesome, and will be returning for sure!
K.Retail salespersons here are friendlier than their across the street competitors. They're introducing more vegan products if that's what you're after. You could see your historical purchases online if you're a member, I like to keep track of my expenses and that's a bonus points for them.
D.Just had the loveliest experience with an associate who helped me select a new night cream and moisturizer as well as a vitamin c night cream. He approached within a minute of me browsing and offered help and knew which brands are cruelty free. He clearly knew a lot about the brands available. When showing me products he offered testers of each and was polite, friendly and answered all my questions.
Lady at the checkout was friendly too and helped me sign up for a Nz/Aus Sephora account.

S.Spoke with a lovely new lady, Jordan who helped me coliur match and found me a nice foundation. She was super sweet and very helpful. Answered all my make up questions without hesitation. I'm a newbie with make up and her advice was awesome!!
C.Really attentive staff, I think I got asked if I needed help 5-6 times whilst in the store. Also got what I needed after a lovely staff member assisted with the colour options. Much better service than Mecca up the road.

t.Wonderful experience shopping here. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. One staff helped me to pick up a lipstick for everyday use, she came back with 2 great choices. Cashier was quick and helpful too.

M.I had a average experience at first but customer service changed my view. And now I'm giving an extra star because shipping is fast now, products are amazing, point system is pretty good. Customer care centre could open longer hours or be easy to be contacted via phone - sometimes you call during their time and no one is available.
A.Nice layout and great atmosphere. One of the staff members called Steph helped me out, very friendly and matched my foundation perfectly. Some products are bit pricey tho but other then that had a great experience shopping here.

Don't have a huge range of everything available online. Some staff were super lovely and attentive, others just stood around talking to each other instead of helping people.
Some items seemed to be out of stock and some of the testers were dried out or empty so unable to swatch shades.

Best make up product and best loyalty program. I'm so glad that there is now a direct competition to mecca maxima which used to have the monopoly of the cosmetics... French style will be always more elegant and sophisticated.

n.Hit and miss. One time they took 2 months to give me a refund as I ordered a present online for someone and it took them a month to dispatch it. It was too late. Told them I didn't want it anymore and wanted a refund and what do you know, an email saying it was dispatched.
The only reason I buy from them is for nudestix and Pat McGrath as they are the only NZ stockists. Once mecca gets them in I will no longer be shopping with them.
