d. &. d. f.Loved the Santa experience. We have never been before. It was a lovely way, despite the rain, to bring joy to the end of a year in lockdown. Santa was friendly and talkative despite my two suddenly turning shy. Must book in advance.
E.We've visited on boxing day and despite the fact the store was very busy, Malcom helped us so much finding information about the fragrances we were interested in and he was super kind. Thank you so much!
M. T.I rang the Queen street store from Christchurch to try and find a Dyrberg Kern bracelet that was out of stock everywhere and online. I spoke with Tahlia (may not have spelled correctly sorry) and she was super helpful. She found the item I was looking for by me describing it, ordered and took payment over the phone and I got a nice surprise when I received it a couple of days later when I had not been expecting it prior to Christmas! What a lovely surprise! Amazing, thank you 💖
A. K.Best store around in Auckland, not to be missed. Animated Christmas window display is very similar to Steiff Bear display in Germany. Very well done.
