Love going through here, they have so much fabric, household items and etc... Also great to find cake items, and party items. Very easy to find arts and crafts material in the store.

Packed shelves with everything from bedding to art supplies... and funny enough I went there to check out both. Lots of sales going on too so you feel like you'll get a deal. The only things that made it a kind of hard shopping experience though was there being so much stuff that's both on shelves and like between aisles that it made it harder to find specific things you're looking for. And, unfortunately nothing they can likely do about it, there's basically zero cell phone reception in the store so I had to walk outside to get enough signal to look up a thing I was trying to find in the store.

A great place to shop, especially if you're looking for something different and unique. They've a beautiful range of home decor stuff and I also noticed a wide variety of art and craft stuff that we usually don't get on other stores. Not the cheapest place but it's a good option if you're after something different or extraordinary.

It's effectively a Woman Cave for anything to do with sewing, fabrics, furnishings, curtains and most things for the home except cookware and furniture. They also cater for Party ware accessories . I've visited 2 branches in Ak ( AL & Taka) and found them very comprehensive. Plenty of staff on hand but they generally cluster behind the checkouts/ cutting areas located at the rear of the stores. Never searched for Public Conveniences. Huge carparking areas outside . Disabled access.

I have had a few click and collect orders, and everytime I see her, she is friendly, helpful and always smiling. THANK YOU JO. Counter lady were friendly at the check out point first time in two weeks ago, no issues. Second time went in, same counter lady was a bit rude and I was ignored by her while waiting. She saw me standing there waiting for her and no other customers at that time. A minute later, Instead of talking to me, she started serving others even I was waiting for her holding the products bought before(unused with full original package unopened). Then I tried to talk to her, she asked me to go to her other colleague with impatience and it seems I did something wrong. A bit disappointed. Other colleague was really nice to help with the exchange.

We called into Spotlight Wairau Park looking at the Cricut range of products. The shop was quite busy but one of the ladies that we approached indicated which staff member was the one to speak to about the machines. Joy was absolutely amazing and shared all her knowledge freely and answered all our questions fully. Needless to say we bought a machine and some accessories to get us going and shared in our excitement of our purchase. If only all shop assistants were this helpful. We were down from "Up North" and will definitely call in to this shop for the outstanding service and all the crafty goodies they had in their well stocked shop..

It's getting harder and harder to justify shopping at your stores. My last purchase yesterday was $21 for a meter of mesh that is falling apart like a cheap stocking, and driving to the albany store for an item was sold out, on back order at -13 after calling ahead and being told it was in stock. I also understand that dealing with hobbyist crafters can be maddening, but I'm a regular (as in once a week/fortnight) shopper, so the rude tone and lack of eye contact by staff was somewhat off putting. We always tend to put time and convenience ahead of waiting for shipping times, but that doesn't seem to make sense anymore.

Not clear where a disability entrance is Antoinette. Not was I. The main parking area is very difficult for anyone who cannot walk without using a walking frame and there is nothing to indicate such a parking area. After almost falling over and struggling up the long ramp we realized there was an alternative parking area as the sign for alternative parking is not obvious

The staff is really helpful, polite and attend to your queries to help you find the right things. They have many stores in Auckland and we always had the same excellent experience.

It's OK, kinda over priced and so big you have to walk allover to find what your looking for. It's kinda over priced for a lot of the craft stuff and the cotton and threads were all mixed up making finding the right color/type a bit of a pain. There clearance stuff is always worth a look though and there range is pretty impressive so if your looking for something odd give it a go.

Great shopping experience with a huge diversity of merchandise being sold from one shop. Gives you a big variety to choose from and the friendly staff are always there to help with any enquiries you have. Great air conditioning in the shop and lots if parking available. Will be back again.

Always was my favourite store for linen and craft goods. I sew and scrapbook so used to visit often. Do not live near here now but visit the Hamilton branch now which is great too.

Drove out to Wairau Park all the way from Henderson, as I much prefer it. The customer service is excellent! You certainly don't have to go stalking the staff to get offered assistance here. The store layout itself is tidy and easy to manoeuvre with a baby.

We told her what we wanted, she knew exactly what it was, found it for us and cut it to size. She was excellent, very friendly and helpful.
