The only negative was that the item we were looking to buy, on line stated "out of stock". The staff said we have them in the store. Please ensure that the web site is actually correct and up to date.

S.I took something back as it was faulty. Quite tragic service really. Definitely no apology and kept muttering how they are all separate entities. Need some upskilling in customer service for sure.
