What a lovely little shop. I visited it 4 years ago, and it was bigger with different tea tasting options, and the loose leaves on display. It's still nice to visit and get some reasonably priced teas. Parking is a nightmare of course, but not the fault of the shop. The lady was very friendly and helpful

All the teacup sets are absolutely beautiful. Had my eye on a particular set of cups for a gift but ended up being waaaay too expensive. However, the set I got on sale was beautiful too ☺️

Best range of flavorous tea. Not the cheapest option, but they often have deals and discounts. I would totally recommend pop up in person for a sip tasting or ordering online your favourite ones

Lots of variety! From aaaaallll imaginable flavours of tea to tea pots, cups,.... literally whatever you need to enjoy your time with a cup of high quality tea. The items are quite pricey but you can make a purchase during their sale. The only thing that was a bit annoying there was no price tags on the items and for each of them you have to ask the seller.

Brilliant customer service. Placed online order this morning. Received phone call after 9am to ask if i needed the 3 items wrapped separately which i confirmed yes to and i was collecting after work. They have a click and collect service where you collect your online order within 3 hours. Items were gift wrapped and labelled which item was which and was ready to be collected before i arrived :-) Thank you T2 for making this Christmas shopping experience flawless!

Good service and helpful staff; Had samples out to taste with signs that stated particular ingredients (for example soy, milk, honey) which was very helpful and when I asked to taste a particular tea the staff brewed it for me!

I only went to the place once. It was a really nice and tidy place with lots of tea accessories and teas. The lady was very helpful and explained how to actually brew the tea. The only thing is: it's very expensive, be aware! I'll probably go back and get some tea once in a while, but most of the time I'll try to find matcha tea somewhere else. I think the star rating should only reflect the quality of the place, not the price, so I'm leaving at 5 stars.

I went to the queen st T2 to get a fathers day gift. They have nice tea cups and pots and also amazing staff as well. She was very friendly and lovely. All the staffs were wearing masks which made me feel really safe as well.

Staff was really nice and welcoming. They offer free samples if you want the tea before buying it but most of their tea taste really good (I say this as a tea lover). Only 4 stars because it tends to be a little expensive.

Such amazing service at the Queen St store. I am always popping in to buy tea, and am never disappointed by the selection. Today I received a free tea for my birthday week, and it was brewed to perfection! Not sure of the name of the woman i was served by, but she was lovely. Thanks for the most amazing French Earl Grey ever!

Great specialty tea shop, extensive range, friendly staff. When I went in they had a demo brew going ("carrot cake" tea) and they'll brew you a sample of a tea you're interested in. Lots of beautiful tea cups, teapots, strainers, double wall glass and combination sets. Some of these are stacked and there are a few narrow sections of shop. If you have a big bag that likes to knock things then proceed with extreme caution!

I went this morning to the store in queen street to look for a valentines gift for my husband, this guy David was the most amazing and helping staff, he helped me to choose the color and gave me options of what to get, at the end wrapped perfectly my gift and I am so pleased! People are already telling me how cool is the wrap! Thank you for having such amazing people like him working for you!

I bought my mom a tea set for mother's day and she loved it! They have a good variety of tea and pots to choose from. I had great customer service from a staff member who took down pots from the shelf for us to choose from. I would definitely recommend!

Master of tea Aria and her green haired colleague (sorry can't remember your name) turned what should have been a quick shop into a wonderful experience. Myself and son were shopping for mums birthday present. Aria invited my son behind the counter and they selected a tea to brew, brewed and sampled. My boy was VERY happy and couldn't wait to get home to tell mum (so much for the surprise!). Thanks guys for taking the time and the personal touch. You were wonderful.

As a tea fanatic, this shop was my heaven. I was having a difficult time choosing from the overwhelming amount of flavors/kinds so one of the employees helped me find the perfect tea for what I was looking for. The service was amazing, there were free samples, and the products are wonderful.

Staff were very friendly and helped me make a decision about which Matcha set/powder to start on. They even gave me a sample to try which was very helpful. I enjoyed talking to them and will be back for sure.

I have liked every staff member I have come across there. They make you samples of the tea so you dont buy anything you will regret! Great store. Broad selectuon of tea, creative blends, standard teas and things you wouldn't find every day. I like the tins too. The cups and teapots change often though, I personally dislike the teapots at the moment but got one a year ago that I love. Stock changes often enough it is always worth revisiting.

Lovely service & incredibly friendly service people who knew what they were talking about and didn't hold back with good advice. Tea is expensive conpared to the supermarket but you definitely get your money's worth. Highly recommend going here if you are interested in the diversity teas can have or if you're sick of home-brewed instant coffee.

Good variety of teas, infusion and everything related. Was there when they had the buy 2 and 1 free promo - awesome! I bought a tea infuser wanted to change it later that day; the lady was so kind to change it with no fuzz.

Ignorance is bliss for my wallet. T2 is bliss for my taste buds. One sample lead to another as I am exposed to different types of tea and the stack of selections kept increasing slowing. Some of my favorites are sticky honey rooibos and green rose.

I want really a tea drinker until I started going into T2 stores. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have always enjoyed their special events Nd Mster classes.

Vast tea selection (both blends as well as pure leaf teas like oolong) and the staff that is very kind and knowledgeable. Many of the tea flavors you can try right at the store!

Have lived in Auckland for a few years now and didn't know this was here. An amazing selection of loose tea at pretty decent prices. Definitely recommended!
