Excellent customer service, orders arrive with 24 hours in the South Island.
An issue with an order was fixed within minutes of advising and replacement arrived within 21 hours.

Let Judith show you around the store, she knows her tea and can help you find exactly what you're after (And maybe tempt you to try something new too!). Bevan is a great dude too and will get you sorted too. Definitely go in-store for the full experience, you won't regret it!
K.This store is a must visit for any tea lover, I visited them just before lockdown and I'm so glad I did! The minute you walk in you are greeted with this amazing smell of all the teas. J.I'm not a tea drinker & was there getting a gift for a friend. The staff were super helpful with gift choices. The place is interesting too, you can wander round and smell all the teas on offer. Some were pretty tempting, maybe I'll get into tea after all!

M.Very interesting place! 23 years on the go proves good teas remain in demand! You can smell tea leaves - the scent preserved under special bell glasses. A huge array of known and exotic teas. Special teapots on sale plus you can go for tea tastings for $30.00. All well worth a visit!
S.We ordered a tea set online. The occasion was rather sad - the tea was for the carers of a rest home where our dad passed away, so that they remember him well. We called the shop to explain what is required, the shop representative was supportive. The tea set arrived very promptly - next day - beautifully and appropriately wrapped. I have never met a staff member there who was not friendly, knowledgeable and happy to take time to help, and I love the $2 sample sachets so you can try your tea out at home before you decide if you want a whole cannister or not. So relaxing to wander around and sniff tea, beautiful aromas that go straight to your brain :)
S.If you LOVE tea, then Tea Total is the only shop you will ever need to buy from again.Tea Total have the most awesome Teas. Their flavoured Teas are just fantastic. The Earl Grey Sir Scott will blow your socks off, there is no other tea I can find that comes close to this one. I have recently moved to Australia and have purchased a number of teas from T2, but sadly they just cant compare with the price, flavour, freshness and great reseal able packing that is what I love about Tea Total. Off now to make a pot of Earl Grey Paris, bye
W.Great place to start learning more about tea, with about 10 types of earl gray and tons more of great tea with a wide variety of flavours including black tea, Asian tea as well as fruit tea available.
Tea Total has samples of all of the tea leaves out for you to have a sniff, checking out or to look for your favorite flavors before you buy it.

R.(Translated) The treasure found after breaking tea at home for half a year. I don't know if it is the only shop selling Chinese tea in New Zealand, but it must be the most professional shop. Imported from China, local packaging, front shop and back factory. It is not uncommon to have Pu'er and Oolong, but the rare ones are Longjing and Baihao Silver Needle. There are small packages for tasting, 2 or 3 pieces a pack, you can confirm the quality and then buy a large package.

家里断茶大半年找到的宝藏。不知道是不是在新西兰卖中国茶叶仅有的店，但肯定是最专业的店了。中国进口，本地分装，前店后厂。有普洱，乌龙不稀奇，难得的是有龙井和白豪银针。有试喝小包装，2、3块一包，可以确定品质了再买大包装。
