The service provided in my opinion is neutral. The staff don't make any special effort to guide and offer advice, nor are they completely unhelpful. They will give basic short answers to questions asked in a neutral way. They wont however ask any questions of their own to gather info in order to give expert guidance. Their prices are slightly higher than other stores with the same product and brands but they seem to have a good amount of stock and therefore a good amount to choose from. I am not unhappy with the service I received but I am not hugely impressed either. If they have what you are after and the price works for you then buy from them as they stock good brands. If you are after service that is really first class and goes the extra mile then it might be worthwhile to shop around a bit more.

Great service, friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. Best prices I have been able to find. Excellent selection of wetsuits and boards. Shares a space with the Roof Rack shop. Will definitely be going back there.

Liam went above and beyond with his service and communication skills to sort a wicked surfboard for my niece's 10th birthday at really short notice. Amazing customer service and great advice too on what sort of board was best for her as well. THANK YOU LIAM!!!!

Ordered a wetsuit through website. It was out of stock unfortunately , but got a quick email and apologies. Then was offered another, more expensive, one for the same price. Delivered next day. No fuss. If you are in doubt, order here.

Good selection of wetsuits and boards. Helpful staff with excellent product knowledge across surfing gear, roof racks, storage boxes etc. Great having stores like this in the neighborhood - way better than online alternatives!

I got some roof racks put on my van. They did a great job! Really friendly team and got it done super fast!

Great service .. spent almost 2 hours choosing my new board and fin set up.. the manager could not be more helpful .. then when I went to strap my new board to the roof .. he did not think my well worn straps we're good enough .. went into the shop and came out with brand new straps and gave them to me .. that's great customer service ..

Great guy there Steve who helped me with everything I needed. 'Barrel' of laughs. Had some great surf yarns too. Sloppy kelp bears our the back at Piha. LOL. 10/10

Solid shop with a great selection of boards and accessories - stoked as to leave with a new board, wetsuit and legrope. Great group of guys, will definitely be returning
