T.Really helpful staff, well laid out store. Easy to find things and staff were really attentive and friendly anyways. Very helpful with understanding products and personable too. Had some lovely chats with a shop assistant (I believe her name was Cathy) she was really kind. Definitely will be back. Thanks Cathy !
A.First time I went to the store in Victoria Street and the 2 lovely ladies were super friendly and very accommodating. She really made purchase the Laneige Matte Cushion as when I tested it on my arm if colour suits me then I went back to the office, I actually like how it settles on my skin. Now I purchased it online. I will be a regular happy customer as I love Korean Products so much. Lucky to have found this store. Will post photos once I received my orders.
S.I like this place because it has a big range of Korean cosmetic products at affordable prices. There is one particular staff member who I remember to be extremely friendly. She brought me a basket when I was holding more than one item on my hand and also offered me a cleansing wipe when I tested the products on my hand - thank you for such a great service!

C.A pleasure to deal with, helpful & prompt service. I ordered 2 products, they didn't have one of them in stock so someone from the cosmetic store called me the same day to let me know and offer me a full refund which appeared on my bank statement within 24 hours. The price of the product I bought was quite reasonable. Standard shipping was free but I chose to pay $2 more for tracking and my package arrived within one week. My first impressions are that they are well priced, efficient and trustworthy.

It's easy to condense your search for the type of products you want and I've found my usual brands as well as new ones. It gives me the opportunity to be a bit adventurous and all at a greatly reduced price. Sometimes I get something not quite suited to my age and colouring but it's no great loss and most times the products are just what I want or even surpass my expectations.

This means I can quickly ask the assistant without having to go find her. J.I used the cosmetic store as a serum that I use is no longer available in my favourite beauty store. I was nervous at first but all the nerves have gone. The cosmetic store kept me updated with tracking and provided me with my product in record timing. H.Highly Recommend!! I have brought a BB cream there, I love it!! The BB cream gently lays on the skin. Does not clog pores, completely blocks them. Holds on oily skin for up to 10 hours without updating. After you need to fix the makeup. A beautiful tube. You need to get used to the dispenser a bit since when pressed fully, a lot of cream comes out.
P.I’m so impressed with everything about this site. The shipping was super fast, great staff communication. Most of all, the SK II product I bought was a bargain ( cheapest on the market ) and of course, authentic quality! Will come back and also recommend to my friends and family.

b.Came in to the Cosmetic Store today wanting a cushion BB as i had run out of my favorite. I was so unsure of what to get but luckily a staff came up to me and asked if i needed any help. She asked me various questions on what type of cushion i was looking for then found three different products suitable for my skin type. She tried the products on my hands so i could see which one i preferred. The price is reasonable compared to other places. Great customer service! It was so nice to have someone take their time to help me and make me feel comfortable as well. I don't normally do reviews but i was so impressed with the staff i had to review the store!
