Large and clean store. Love the wide-aisle warehouse layout. Quick visit so didn’t really engage with staff. Self checkout always best for me. Always among the first stop for general shopping.

The warehouse click and collect system needs urgent fixing, I chose the warehouse albany which is 30 minutes out of my way because they clearly specified a pickup of 3pm the next day. Closer stores were advising 3-6 days. I understand the uncharted times we are in. But if you are opening for business and are taking peoples money then you absolutely need a working system. The system that does work however are the people. Thank you to everyone who was calm with me while I vented my frustration, and thank you to Ellie for personally sorting out my order.

Few days back, I visit to exchange some stuff for my newborn which I ordered during lockdown so, a young lady served me name Ellie. She have such a wonderful customer service skills, before me she was serving a agressive customer with polite tone and manage stituation in a calm way. Even at the end that customer was happy too!!! I really appreciate the way she was doing her job with full of smile. I used to work with retail and seriously I can't switch my mood immideatly. Well done girl💜

the biggest warehouse at the North Shore..they are making changes to the shop layout and everything is mixed, so lucky we got 50% for the yellow tags. Love shopping at the warehouse and grab many cheap bargains..

Online orders were processed very quickly at the store. Orderly and very happy with the purchase. Will be doing another click and collect soon.

Years back I came in here high with a friend. We just wanted to purchase snacks then get out ASAP but here wad the thing, my pal had severe dyslexia and couldn't get through the self-checkout machine properly. I was anxious when staff approached him cuz his eyes were glazed like the sun but the chick just looked at him for like 5 seconds, laughed, then tapped through to fix up the error. Shoutout to whoever that was from like 3 years ago, a goat for sure

We always shop here, but this review is specifically for our last purchase. Wanted to appreciate three lovely staff members: Matt C, Justin and Sandy. They were super nice, kind, friendly and professional. Even though it was Easter Monday evening and they looked really tired, they were patiently helping us with sweet smiles. Justin even carried the bookcase we were buying and helped us putting in the car. Really happy with the customer service 🥰 Thanks.

I went today with my friend, just looking not planning to buy, then we were looking at the watches, then the girl who was showing us the watches wants to put the watches inside, so she can serve the other customer, i was chocked and i said to her, we came first. Then i decided not to buy anything. I saw another lovely lady who was smiling,her name is renee i asked her to show us the watches, she was so friendly, caring and very helpful. At the end we bought3 watches.because of her customer service. Thank you renee.👍👍👍👍

The quality of products has dramatically improved over the last couple of months. Excellent prices and good quality products. The new outlook of store is going to be awesome! Had a glimpse of it today when we were there and staff was setting up the new shelves. Good job The Warehouse!

It is a well laid out business and constantly evolving to make the shopping experience so much easier and relaxing for their customers. Continuous specials and value for money. Have only had pleasant and memorable interaction with the Staff on the floor and different service centres. If you are looking for a specific item and it's not immediately available at the branch, they will attempt to outsource it from one of the other branches, not always a service offered by similar large retail companies. Keep up the great service you offer to the public in general, highly recommended and will definitely be seeing me again 😊

This place is very convinient. It opens till 9 so it gives us time to shop and we are not rushed. Everything here is so cheap too. I also like it how they do places for sausage sizzle fundraisers. It’s really helpful for students projects

Due to Covid 19 they are currently running a drive through for pick ups and it’s fantastic! The staff made sure they didn’t touch your car and kept their distance when approaching your car window even considering it was heavily raining. It took roughly two weeks for my order to be ready but that is expected due to the current circumstances

This is easily the most well designed and comprehensively stocked 'The Warehouse' store I've ever been to. Now, I might not get around much but I'm still impressed. Despite the very wide aisles, fit to accommodate mobility scooters, I have never seen a mobility scooter here and the abundance of South African accents amongst staff and customers alike, makes me feel morally superior.

Great staff and good stock. The lady from the customer service and the young boy from toys department are very helpful. I was looking for a toy which was not on the shelf but it’s for my daughter’s 2 years birthday and we really wanted it. The lady from the customer service searched for me and get the boy from toys department come to help. It was not easy to find but the boy was very patient and helpful. Finally we got it. It really made my day. Thank you guys.

I liked the new look of the store... It looks spacious, and with the self-billing counters it is now straightforward to bill and pays for items on your own. About products - You get most of the products you need for your house. If you are on a short-term visit to NZ, this is the best place to buy things at a lower price. They have dollar deals, and the products in that are good and unexpired ones. They even have jewellery in their store, but I have never bought them. They have an acceptable variety of drugstore beauty products and a good variety of perfumes. Forgot to mention, recently I started using their plants. I have bought two plants, an indoor flower plant and cilantro plants. Both are doing good. I would like to buy a few more.

First time user of click and collect !! Fantastic service from ordering thru to collection... the friendly lady (Jackie ) who rang to say order was ready for collection was extremely helpful explaining the collection process. Well done Warehouse Albany

WOW fully impressed with this store a whole new different look. When you walk in the lighting clear and bright ..a big warehouse well signed lots of space to walk around making it wheelchair accessible and friendly. They have collecting returning area on its own. Layout is easy to follow.

Bought a chest freezer prior to Alert Level 4 lockdown and was assisted by the lovely Britnnay of Customer Service Albany Branch. She had been very helpful and because other service crew were busy with other customers, I was pleasantly surprised with her “can do” attitude when she gave us a hand in lifting the freezer. She is a star!

Good on some occasions. Like most large shops, mispricing or deceptive pricing is a common occurrence. Customer service could also be better. Car parking and shopping times are excellent .

Went to pick up pre ordered item after phone call from lovely staff person advising that the order is ready to pick up. On arrival at (Jewellery) counter, the staff attending was not aware of the pick up (covering break). However, immediately called the regular staff person and within minutes 3 staff (including staff member who called) were on the service and I was away in minutes with my order. :)

Well it's Warehouse EXTRA so it is a bigger branch I suppose. I love the space. I love the peaceful vibe in it. You can wander around in peace. It have not seen it in a crowded situation. Placing of the items are good. Well organised and clean. Plenty of stock to offer. But maybe they should offer more sweets, crisps and treats. :) Other than that, impressive branch.

It's the red shed, what more to say? This is a nice example and a good store to visit, it's huge, clean, light and airy. Lots of space to brouse around and the staff are very friendly. There is even a cafe and chemist on site too. Car parking can get sparce at the weekend as it's located as part of a strip mall, but there is an undercover car park underneath the store which is cool in summer and dry when wet.

This is one of the new layout Warehouse stores. I guess that they are trying to be more up market while remaining reasonably cheap. Much like KMart in NZ and Australia. The store is well laid out and is much better than the usual warehouse type layout. They have some nice, fashionable products, especially in the houseware area.

Love the new look Nice and bright. YAY self checkouts are back making quick missions in and out are super easy. parking out the front however can be pretty crazy at times so if your not one for driving round or waiting (and are ok with a long ramp) you can park underneath, keeps the car cool and it's usually pretty empty. Hopefully they roll out this new look to the rest.

Very hit and miss in finding things you'd expect to find at The Warehouse, and it can be a bit daunting at times in perceived aisle organization. Didn't find everything we needed from our basic household shopping list, but prices are very low which is why we went. We were also very interested in what furniture they had, but in looking at the dinged up condition of the display models, it made us reconsider. Had plenty of parking at night

Amazing service with click and collect while Covid 19 has gotten in the way of opening stores, I’ve ordered 3 Times and the orders are placed & ready on the same day. Impressive!!

The new look is amazing but the self scan is a bit tricky to get large items in and don’t handle cash. It’s a bit of an annoyance but I can see why they did it with today’s society.

Good warehouse...Massive place,and takes a while to get use to the layout.One of the bigger warehouse stores and jam packed with neat stuff.Just make sure you get in early as they run out of certain lines of products before other stores.A hollywood bakery and pharmacy joined on,ample parking.Average customer service,the guy working in the audio department couldn't really help me with my queries.

From gardens to simple clothes, electronics and more Parking is easy under the ground because parking is easy This weekend turns into a parking hell on weekends and holidays, so it's a good idea to come early or park your car in the basement of the Wealhouse.
