Very impressive service provided by Naomi from warehouse botany. I was looking for a product which was on clearance and wasn't displayed on the selves. It was in the boxes stored above. I spend an hour trying to find it and most of the staff said it might have been sold and flicked me off. Naomi went out of her way to check the boxes which was stored up on the selves. She got the Color wrong so I had to take it back to her to find the right one. She didn't hesitate to help me. I am very pleased with her service hence I'll be now shoping at the Botany branch more often even if it's out of my way. Thanks Noami for your assistance.

I come here at 3 times a week, please bring back zip at the self checkouts. My hot wheels cards were damaged by staff which now I can't add to my collection, am I able to return them? *To the A$$HOL3 that keeps leaving a big mess in the hotwheels section, I keep cleaning it up. To the warehouse* you're welcome 😂

Awesome I had the opportunity to meet Te Ara at the mobile phones selection area. I wanted some help purchasing myself a new mobile phone, and the amazing customer service given by Te Ara was absolutely outstanding. She explained everything from the brand of phone I wanted to also the insurance policy which I was happy to pay the extra on top of buying a mobile phone. She also explained about the warranty and what I needed to know. One of the best warehouse staff member I have come across that actually knows how to respect us as the customer do awesome Te Ara. Definitely one of the best.

Great range of good quality, modern products. Great prices. You csn get everything from clothing, shoes, sporting gear, bikes, some foods and drinks, shoes, hair products, stationary, gardening, kitchen stuff, bedroom stuff, curtains, toys, seasonal stuff for christmas, halloween etc. I love it

Only just started reviewing places I go to but the warehouse botany is amazing! Had everything I wanted in stock! lovely workers there and it’s definitely my favourite store! Thank you , Warehouse.

I used to have this rated as five stars but the quality and number of staff working has dropped dramatically in the past year and the wait times at the checkout has skyrocketed to 10+ minutes. There is usually only one checkout open and despite being a massive cue of people the other staff seem happy to stand nearby and chat about the weekend. It's also beginning to get messy anywhere other than the clothing section. The general selection of goods is not as great as other warehouses but is suitable for most things you'd pop in for. Just don't expect to get in and out quickly.

One of the best Warehouse stores in and around Auckland. Layout appears to be better than other Warehouse stores. Staff available to answer questions. Good service and a decent number of tellers on duty. Basic product knowledge still a concern but that is consistent with all Warehouse stores. I give them 4 stars.

A fairly typical Warehouse with typically unhelpful staff who seemed more interested in shooting tge breeze with each other than helping customers. Store was reasonably clean and tidy, but as is common in all Warehouses I've been to, a number of shelves were "messy", mislabelled and prices weren't clear. same goes for many of the bargain bins. We found 95% of what we were looking for, but some prices were higher than anticipated. the loud, annoying "specials" announcements really began to bug me after a while. would shop there again, but only for lack of options.

Te Ara was very helpful has great product knowledge. She was a pleasure to deal with ! Thank you Te Ara

Good access, good deals for some items but certainly quality of some items is poor so need to research well if buying electronics. Their systems are poor when it comes to stock management and finding rare items is near impossible. Even if stock is showing (more than a few) they don't seem to want to try and find it and will say it's out the back and too hard to find. We had such an experience with a beach shelter where 4 were in stock but had no luck at 2 east Auckland stores. Moral of the story is if you can find it, likely neither can they so don't hunt around too long

Staff Caroline was extremely helpful to me, helping me find thw perfect xmas gift. It would have been a 5 star if not for the very rude male staff standing behind the.cctv monitor. Keep that boy away the.the customers.

I would like to thank three wonderful members of staff who on Monday 7th September helped me Polly she went out the back to find what I was eating to buy no problem and no fuss its lovely to have such caring staff Kiri as always smiling and welcoming people and the lovely lady jo served me

You can find pretty much anything here. Great price ranges and offers on all the time. Stores are large and spacious to navigate. Doesnt get overcrowded due to long hour opening times. Staff are always friendly and helpfull

there was a lovly lady with glasses she would have me coming back when im near by. toliet needs a upgrade but when one is in a hurry the its over lookd.

Standard warehouse expectations which is normaly pretty good. No lines at the cashiers on boxing day. It was late morning at that time so not too bad considering some places have lines around corners.

Love this place. Reasonable prices for decent products. I got a good tall floor fan for $15 and does a good job especially for our hot summer, they almost ran out of stock.

Was OK the item I wanted was to high and not priced correctly. I went to the checkout with my baby screaming for the item to be priced way higher than the shelf price said. (item was stacked incorrect) my leasson too make sure I read prices exactly

nice place to shop and staff, but would love to have more staff around because when i had questions about a product its quite hard to look for staff. and at time when i do find a staff, they tell me that its not their specialty or something

Has everything you might possibly need! Right next to a massive car park so you'll always find somewhere to park. Sometimes there are fundraiser bbqs outside (it's quite a visible place sometimes so it's a good spot for fundraisers). Sells genuine perfumes and jewellery, cheap clothes, dvds, craft supplies, party supplies, kids toys, candles, decor, plants, video games, shoes, and more. A very big store! If you can't find what you need in there, kmart is just up the road.

Large range of products at sensible prices. Lack of service is a small problem so you need to spend time reading packages. Check out staff good.

The best bargain go to place. Loads of great deals , though the staff are not very helpful most of the times and you have to spend a lot of time at the service desk if you are after something you can not find.

The hospitality of the staff at Clendon Warehouse is second to none,especially Nahora she went out of her way to find an Adult Monopoly Game for my Granddaughter and after ringing several Warehouse outlets found one at Botany. This warehouse has upped it's game. The store is very tidied,well layed out and a pleasure to shop in. The self seve tills were the good icing on the top.
