It is a very rare five start rating from me. For the store I would rate 4 star. But that made 5 star because of the girl who attended me. I visited on 25/10/2021 around 9.40am. The girl who was at click n collect was excellent. She went above and beyond for me. I wanted two extra items which she 200% attended me and was so kind helpful. I appreciate and hats off for her. Owner needs to treat them well and retain such employees. They help to retain customers. I would 100% visit again when we get a service like that why not..

Excellent customer service and great people. We went there in a rainy day. My 8 month girl had a natural call. The shop manager lent their staff room for us to do a nappy change! Amazing people!

Friendly helpfull staff great place to shop highly recommend this lovely little humble place much better than MANUKAU WAREHOUSE were the staff aspecially security & so called senior staff? I will never go back to manukau store were there is endless bouts of bad experience within supposed csr? That have no customer service at all! This Clendon Store is much better cleaner & nicer 🙂

Great new layout, really tidy. I enjoyed my shopping experience 29-1-17, the customer service was great and especially a lady that was working in the isles putting away tea towels. She was really helpful as I had lost something and also the other staff members, Thank you for professional and friendly customer service. Happy Customer!

Smaller size warehouse compared to Takanini or Manukau. It doesn't have a gardening center and electronics is very limited but has everything else. Staff are friendly and great customer service.

The Warehouse is like the New Zealand equivalent of an American Walmart. However it's electronic section sucks. They do have a good range of dvds and at a good price as well. Great place to buy Lego, definitely wait for a 25 percent of special though. Not the cleanest place to be and definitely not the nicest place to shop.

You can get almost everything Warehouse has to offer. Parking is not a problem. Clendon Warehouse is locared at the right place with many other facilities only walking distance away, even Pak n Save, Post Office, fuel service station, etc.

Seems lack of staff, shelves and clothing all over the show. Very little trolleys. Small store if you need something fast but then again, will it be in stock?

Awesome and brilliant place but sometimes they don't have what they advertise (in other words, OUT OF STOCK) Customer service is awesome (Better than Mac Donald's 😂)

I found what i was looking for and even extras the store was full of clothing i would say compact but managed to get by. Helpful staff and a Money machine outside which was handy.

Overcrowded stock in the promo isles makes it hard to browse for what you need because of clutter. Might work for some people, not for me tho. Wasn't my best experience.

Office staff are so warm and caring the place is just put together marvelously the staff know exactly where anything and everything is if you were to ask them you always felt warm and safe inside the store
