Occasionally met one staff named Hugh when I went to purchase some item in store. He is super kind and hard-working, helped me order the product I need, which is convenient and save my time. It is the excellent experience to cooperate with Warehouse!!! I will come back to Glenfield warehouse and contact Hugh once I need to order the product again!!

I've just been to The Warehouse at Glenfield (01/11/2022 - 7:20pm) for my click and collect. I dealt with a young man called Jake I believe and felt the need to give him more so, and the team 5 stars for the great help and service given. Under the Covid circumstances and no doubt a long day, job well done ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First of all, I liked the range of products they have for us provided. And the prices were shockingly low. I would recommend this store to anyone I have met. I would suggest to check the quality of the shoes, because I bought some shoes recently and I have only worn it twice for a light jog, and the leather is already starting to peel off, please check the quality, thanks.

Products are fine but I would not expect them to treat me like a trash … blond lady at the customer service giving orders like I don’t have a choice and when I don’t listen to her because here they can solve my problem faster she completely ignored us and served people behind…. Customer service NONE … !!!

We did click and collect through L3 at TWG glenfield not only was it done same day as ordering but it was ready within 2 hours. Super fast service. The staff are pretty good too. Just the right amount of helpful but not so much that it feels forced, its just friendly and positive. Always a good amount of stock on hand but if they dont have something, they are more than happy to help you find another store that does.

I prefer Glenfield mall over Albany as its not as crowded but still has a good selection of shops for all the things I need. It had a nice Christmas spirit last week with the decorations and it was good that most shops had the covid posters up for scanning. All in all im not a big Mall fan but its pleasant there and well maintained, clean and a reasonable layout

Please warehouse put a no return item list in your store. I was told they not taking back a product i bought but nowhere in store it states this. I was told to read and get to know their return policies online so i got upset as i do not read all stores policies before i shop. It will help customers not making a fuss and also help you by not needing to refund if its clearly stated in store. In the end i will always go back there to shop

I was looking for a toy for my child was unable to find it. A warehouse assistant named George helped me in the best possible manner. He was patient and found the toy. Great customer service. Thanks George (tall guy) who works at Glenfield.

Closest branch to my place but I'm not giving a 5 star because of that. It is always clean, tidy and organized. I liked that they've redecorated. It looks even better. Good use of space. It does not get crowded to often. Items are easy to find. Prices are fairly affordable. Definitely an all-around store. Fantastic branch!

Beware if you get click and collect, the guy at the information desk always opens your packages. I asked him this time (5pm tonight) please don’t open my packages, he did not comply - and as he was opening them, he asked why and then said it’s better to check they are correct. He takes away all the packaging (nicely packed in a box one item) and then give you the item, which I prefer to be sealed in the packaging for me to transport home 😡. When I got my new iPhone last year he opened everything which is really annoying as I want to open the items myself.

The Warehouse stays on brand here where it's more where you'll go for savings so it still feels the same indoors. Got some instant camera film from what I think was a print desk and then a long sleeve shirt for outdoor work from the pile they were in on the shelves. Average as expected.

Just wana say a massive thanks to The Warehouse Glenfield, in particular to Chris I think it was, and staff for the awesome customer service. I am very satisfied with the customer service that I received, via telephone might I add. I was after a product that was not in stock online and was showing at a local The Warehouse near me, but when I phoned enquiring about it they couldn't find it. Glenfield was showing 7 but is too far for me, so I called up and they got 1 for me and got it transferred to my local The Warehouse (very quickly, called on Tuesday and picked up today - Thursday). Very much appreciated, made it easy to get what I was after and I now have a very happy 23 month old :) Thank you, you've definitely set the bar customer service wise for The Warehouse's out in West Auckland. Top notch Glenfield ☆☆☆☆☆

The floor space is huge, but the layout needs a fair amount of work to make it, you know, work. The selection isn't as good as she of the mega stores (Albany as an example). The centre isn't as busy as the other major ones, so parking is easier.

Funny but I spend little time in here usually then go mad at xmas. Cheap xmas chocolates and little stocking fillers for the kids. Great options all year round.
