First time click and collect customer. I was served by an absolute superstar with the nametag Tao. Although the long line would’ve been overwhelming considering she was there alone, she was so polite and helpful. Got my parcels in less than 5mins. Best customer service I’ve had at any Warehouse. 10/10 will be using click and collect again.

A very ideal place to shop for kids toys in discounts. Wild selection Convenient location with tons of free parking

The warehouse is pretty good. But their customer service needs to be improved.

Not a very large store compared to other ones, so not as much stck to choose from.

How many times have I shopped here? This is the greatest store for when you are looking to buy high-quality homeware and clothing for a bargain. The warehouse has a huge range of clothing, homeware, appliances, snacks, sweets at Easter Halloween etc, tools and much more. Friendly staff. Parking is ample, store is clean and easy to navigate. Trolleys are in great condition always. 5 stars

Good easy access car parking with short walk to the main entrance. Smile from welcoming security person. Plenty of trolleys and baskets on most days. Clean, well set out shop. Well marked zones and most aisles well signposted. Just enough staff... friendly, helpful and somewhat knowledgeable. Help desk/zone available. No hassle checkout. Asked if I'd like to make "donation" to a good cause - just gets added into my total spend. Easy, simple.

Went here New year's day 😁 The staff were warm and a pleasure to deal with. It was early in the morning however l want to say thank you to the team. It's not easy to work on a public holiday, but like the true champions of customer service they truly showed up with the right attitude, brilliant way to start the day.

Good large sized warehouse store. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great variety of products. Always some clearance sales and reduced prices are there. Ample parking spaces are available. The place can be busy on weekends though.

Great store with great products. Ordered my refrigerator for almost half the price. They delivered the next day. Neeta was a wonderful lady to help us out. Kudos to the team. Will come back again for more of it !! Cheers 😁❤️😁

Good decent size store with lots of stock available. In store customer service is great, they are generally helpful especially when you are purchasing heavy items. Customer service over the phone was a little weird but I didn’t mind that.

Good selection. Good prices. Only issue is that it takes forever to get through the checkout there... Every time there seems to be only one open and about six people in the queue. So a bad feeling left with us after an otherwise good shopping experience.

Good location and good product range. Not so good is the parking spaces, it is on the small side. It is hard to open the door when you are park in between two cars. They offer limited parking spaces for perents with prams and for people with disabilities.

A great wearhouse has everything and great staff. The only thing that is not so good is the car park. Spaces are so close together that I've often returned to my car to find pressure dings in my door panels from people opening their door on to my car you could argue that it's a lack of consideration from the persons opening the door and I agree but wider spaces would help. The parking space allocated for parents with prams is huge so I make sure I take one of my kiddies with me when go now.

I found the experience to be a pleasant one. The items I needed were found easily. The checkout lass named Sophie was a pleasant and competent girl. There was plenty of car parks.

Great prices and lots of choices. Some of the cheaper items are lower quality. Such as the jewellery advertised as stainless steel is just steel painted, it wore off in weeks.

The lady at the customer service counter was friendly and very helpful. I mentioned i couldn't find the cups to go with my dinner set on the shelf, and she went and got them for me from storage.

Pulled in to purchase gas heater.....$269 without gas bottle, go on!!!!! ridiculously over priced. No wonder a lot of nzlanders freezing. I tell you right now....THAT HEATER IS NOT WORTH THAT PRICE!!!!! Where's Mr Tindall.....he wouldn't put up with this rubbish. Cheers

A really nice warehouse, good staff, good location, except the parking not much space for the disabled and. Not much for the ones with prams, and not enough just for the casual shoppers. The parkings need to be spaced out more and they need more.

I went here to buy a desk. The customer service people were very helpful, particularly a young man named Seb, who called me a taxi when there was no nearby taxi stand and helped me load the desk in the back without me needing to ask. Very appreciative.

This warehouse is always good nd staff usually very helpful. Usually not too busy here and do have a great range of stock. Plenty of parking here available.

I would say as far as Warehouse stores go, New Lynn is below average. Minimal selection compared to other Warehouse locations, and asking staff for help is basically a waste of time. Would be better if they moved to Lynn Mall.

I bought a corner kent leather sofa suite in black color from furniture warehouse and very happy and satisfied with the quality and service. The lady at new lynn warehouse is very help full, she gave us very good price and deliverd same day eventhou it was a labour day. Delivery came at around 6pm and delivery guys were soo good and friendly. overall very happy and recomand to all.

I just wanna say these guys are amazing , I lost my keys in the store today & all the staff were amazing & helpful especially grabbing a chair for my mother who is not well! Seriously I appreciate it

Often it happens that you find something online but when you go to in store it's not available. It's better to order online and pick in store until they have the facility of showing actual stock on website.

Am on noticed I was a little unsure about finding my way around. He took me to the department and helped me find exactly what I wanted.the woman ontill 107xh was super pleasant and helpfully.im a very happy customer.what a lovely store

Wide selection of cheap and cheaply made goods. There's an air of a good treasure hunt when you come in. Can be fun, but can also be frustrating when you find the thing you were looking for and the quality is poor.

Price of my product was excellant cashier was great I felt a bit set back when the girl was looking for my book in the end she found what I wanted so my experience was great I got what I wanted

Not the best Warehouse in NZ however better than not having one in New Lynn. I think the store is cleaner and tidier than previously - staff pleasant!

This shop has grown and grown to be more classy with aisles easy to shop around. Prices really good and you can spend hours in there if youre not 📵 careful

Good place to buy office and home stationary, computer and mobile accessories, cartridges etc. But expensive 😞 that's the only -ve thing about this place. Free WiFi available though.

Customer Service is great (once you have been passed from person to person, eventually someone helps you out, usually the manager) has some good stock there.

Great to observe when coming to yr store that better changes are being made ti improve on customer quality of shopping keep it up. Esp on the customer enquiry desk service!!

Same as any other warehouse. Lady behind the technology section was rather pleasant to deal with and very helpful. No garden section.

Went specifically to view a Hitachi TV but was advised to go to The Warehouse Henderson because being a bigger store they were more likely to have stock.

It's a average place but has basically everything you need. Something to mention staff is not the greatest of them all.
