I went looking for a particular mirror that was heavier than anticipated. Thank you so much to your amazing staff members who assisted including the gentleman who carried it to my car and carefully placed it (Murray I think his name was?). Wonderful experience.

Browsed for different items ranging from led bulbs to candles lamps & footwear. Very tidy, well lit, spacious & everything in its place. Always happy to visit & check out what is new & on sale & they always have excellent variety in a huge range of items. Really Good prices & value for money.

Quite good for outdoor furniture household items and much more.

So handy to east Aucklanders, very helpful staff, and very responsive. Almost everything you want can be found here though it could be more expensive than other places at times but that comes when you need things for emergency :) Almost DIY, household and the best are their deals !

Was looking for a one-off item and needed assistance finding it. The marvellous Murray stopped what he was doing to give me his full attention, then personally took me to its location. I had almost forgotten what great service was. Thanks Murray

Decent stock and not as crowded as the Botany branch (which is shambles)

Very helpful staff member at the customer service desk along with the managers. We brought a washing machine that did not go.. The staff at Pakuranga went out of their way to try and resolve issues we were having with warranty company.

Excellent customer service!! Very very professional staff.. The offers are simply amazing plus product quality is unmatchable. Very very competitive prices and a lot of variety to choose from. The team members are very helpful. With a wide variety of sections, clothing, shoes, homeware, electronics, kitchenware, garden, plants, cosmetics... this place is wonderful. The lowest price guarantee is an add on feature. Along with customer restrooms and free customer parking.. The warehouse is the best place to shop anything... and everything.. There is no other shopping place which offers such high quality and affordable stuff.

The Service at Warehouse Pakuranga is out standing thank you so much for going out of your way to source a sun unbrella stand for me & i had 2 follow up calls to check all was ok and i got one . Thank you Pak Warehouse ill be back as Arnold would say 😁

Basically all the household products you are after only at affordable prices clean store good lay out helpful staff there is wheel chair access .I bought my drinks and chips and batteries . When you go to the check out you buy a plastic bag for 10 cents or just carry goods out.

Clean n tidy shop, feels a bit small n cramp but its ideal if you not wanting to walk around for ages. Staff member I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable... if i had stayed longer I cld have written a better review

They really need to put prices on things as hardly anything is labelled. No price tags above or below lots of stock on shelves also. Yes, I know there is a self check scanner though it does not always work.

The Warehouse is always a good place to get Bega in product with reasonable quality. There is big variety of different product. The night market in the underground car park at every Saturday night is also a great place to get all sorts of foods.

The variety is not there compared to what they used to have 10 yrs ago. Staff is not rude but not friendly either.

Well laid out. I was disappointed at the lack of larger sizes in clothing. Plenty of disabled carparks which is important for me. Staff g are helpful.

I come here regularly and its well organized and tidy. has an underground car park with stairs or a ramp so it wheelchair freindly

Great experience. It's my favourite "The Warehouse" mainly because stocks are organized, staff are friendly and accessible and lots of parking space.

If want suplies or winter vests, its the cheap store where you cud find for a good price.

Great bargains , loads more variety than the Botany branch, staff friendlier than Botany too but not always able to help .
