Finally the warehouse is getting better after K mark took a lot of their market share. The item is getting better quality and the price is much similar with k mart. It good to see the warehouse back to my flavor shop. But I still like k mart more due to the overall product and price. I can see the warehouse is working hard now. VH

The warehouse is located on the other side of St. Luke Mall, has decent car parking. It is a big store and you can buy range of things, from cheap to medium quality and prize. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Line for click and collect during level 3 was about 30 mins but the staff including Matt and Sydney (hope I got that name right) were pleasant, kind, and went out of their way to help us. Great work under trying circumstances.

Though we regularly buy stuff from The Watehouse, I am clueless whats their specialization. Sometimes there are good things at very reasonable price but many a times we feel there are cheap things at regular price. Store timings are good so anything required after 5.30 or so, Warehouse is good option. Adequate parking, good staff, fast checkout.

Went in for mothers day gifts for my daughters ,daughter in laws and partners and found great toiletries for a reasonable price without hunting as they were placed close to the entrance.

Tucked away and annoying looking for a parking on peak time ..not much variety compared to the other warehouses. ♿🚻🚼 wheelchair accessible toilet Women can breast feed any where in store.

Best part about this Warehouse is the section in the middle full of discounted goods ranging from $1-$5+ which seem to change every couple of weeks or so. If you like random cheap items then it can be a lot of fun to pop in just to see what items are cheap in the discounted isle. Otherwise the store is pretty lacking in meaningful content.

Staff members are friendly and attentive, and the shop is huge. Although this shop doesn't have tvs, but there are plenty of other items that might tickle you fancy. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Unfortunately, the price is still too high for the quality of their products.

Spoke to three different staff members and all were very polite and also found some great toy bargains. The fact that the staff were friendly made it a great shopping experience and to me that's the most important thing in business. Customer service is paramount above all else... Well done

One of many Warehouse branches that can be found throughout New Zealand, this is where I was able to buy a Nintendo Switch with great service. The tech department was very professional and quick to the chase and had no trouble explaining the differences of two sophisticated products. Would recommend.

Friendly staff, good location, acorss the road from St Lukes Mall but the store has limited space hence very cramped inside. Hard ot find the queue entrance to the check out. Limited parking and hard to turn in and out of that car park if you have anything bigger than say a Swift or Echo.

The staff are extremely polite and friendly except one cashier with a blond pony tail and in black heel was impatient yesterday (17th April 2021 )

The Warehouse is like the New Zealand equivalent of an American Walmart except worse. However it's electronic section sucks. They do have a good range of dvds and at a good price as well. Great place to buy Lego, definitely wait for a 25 percent of special though. Not the cleanest place to be and definitely not the nicest place to shop.

Nothing special, can be hard to find things sometimes, the queue to purchase seems often excessively long, almost bank-level. Also, staff were abysmally disinterested in assisting when guide dog puppy had an accident.

Close to St. Luke's arcade, means you don't have to venture far to get everything you need if you are doing a multi shop or searching for particular items. It's of a decent size, so most of the time they will stick what you are looking for.

Average warehouse experience that I wouldn't seek out unless it's convenient. Our preference is for the Target but if you're in the need of something quick and affordable then Warehouse is a reasonable option (assuming you're already in the shopping centre).

I used to think that all warehouse branches have the same products but after being at Royal Oak and Mangere branches I found that the one in St Luke does not have many of the stylish clothing items that other branches have!
