I wish they have Pokémon cards on the floor not in the customer service area. Also would be nice to have more pops as well. I managed to get some cheap Starbucks pods yesterday for $5 each 😳👍🏻

Although I've always liked shopping at the warehouse, I must confess there is so much scope for improvement. Their store at Sylvia Park is massive and more or less caters to all your needs. However, I have always felt this stores is understaffed. Although most of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, there have been times when I've struggled to find anyone handy for help. I also don't see many promotional offers or customer engagement activities coming from this store. The men's clothing section could have more variety. Some of the products look overpriced for the quality in my opinion.

First time I ever walked out a store with bath mats, a jacket and free range eggs. Not an impulse shopper but often find good deals for stuff/clothes I would have paid more somewhere else. Hope warehouse gets into the supermarket business and breaks the duopoly

This Warehouse is slightly different from a lot of the other ones that I have been in - namely, that it is spacious and better thought out compared to the others. There is heaps of stuff on offer, though, and the Warehouse has started stocking tech gadgets and electronics - which, personally, are not that great. They tend to be more Chinese variants and even though they are getting better, they still do not exactly evoke a lot of confidence from most customers. Other than that, there's plenty to browse and get stuck into!

Compared to the Kmart next door, the Warehouse is a lot more spacious, less crowd, great layout, and easier to find stuffs. However, I think the products are slightly more expensive and inferior, but still good for the values.

Biggest store I think I've been to. Because it's located in the mall it is easy to do all round shopping. The warehouse usually has what your looking for plus some. The staff are easy going and they FINALLY fixed their fridges at the front by the counters. They also have self service which is a bonus when you're in a rush

HIGHLY recommended Absolutely love coming here. Can get a wide range of things at an affordable price. Milo and nutella are cheaper to get here as well as washing powder and school uniforms. They use Zip here as well.

The warehouse here at Sylvia Park is huge and spacious. The layout of the store is excellent, things are at where they should be. They have got a huge range of stuff at this store, but the electronic section is kind of lacking when comparing to the other 'extra' store. The customer service here is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Ive always had a great experience in store. The customer service is always awesome and the way the staff handle adults who have a mental tantrum is amaising. Despite the little amount of staff on the shop floor their always willing to help customers even 3 to 4 at a time. Keep up the great work guys.

Excellent shop. I bought heaps of black leggings for work as well as other things and not only are they good on prices but I find the quality on some of the items are good as well. And plus, love the click and collect tower at the entrance to the shop. Staff are friendly too. Definitely worth going to the Sylvia Park store 😊

Went to the Warehouse Sylvia Park and bought some work boots. At the checkout, paid cash and took the two boxes, no plastic bag. Wasn't asked for one or offered one. In fact, never take them bad for the environment. However, I look at the receipt and I am charged 10 cents for a plastic bag. I tell the teller and he offers me one! No I say, I don't want one and would like the refund. 10 cents is neither here nor there but if this is done to every customer in the day, that adds up to alot of money. I wait for the refund, he carries on serving the next customer, asking him if he'd like a bag. (He says no!). No refund after three more customers. So I go to the service desk, but as the queue was long and not moving, I waited five minutes and then left. So be warned, check your receipt and make sure you are not charged for something you didn't get. If 3,000 people a day visit the store, 25% are charged for a bag they don't get, that makes $75 a day, $27,375 a year pure profit. Nearly someones wages! Product was good, service fine and price good, but just let down by one staff member who tried to pull a fast one and then didn't fix it.

I would like to acknowledge Anthony from The Warehouse, Sylvia Park for the wonderful customer service he has provided to me on x2 occasions in particular. Anthony never seems to tire of going the extra mile for customers, he is so polite and Courteous. Nothing is to much trouble and he never makes you feel as though he is to busy even when he has a cue of people waiting. He is prompt, efficient and ensures customer satisfaction. Anthony also has a lovely mannerism about him. So well done and many thanks Anthony.

This was my first experience at a Warehouse and was amazed at all the items and especially how big it was. So many thing at quite cheap prices and staff allways there to give you a hand. Will definitely come again as I know I'll always walk out with something.

I love this store. You can find pretty much anything you need here. I get most of my baking things, plants, linen and so many other things. They have cheaper options and slightly more expensive, better quality options too.

Great customer service here at Sylvia Park! A lovely boy name Troy helped me get a trolly. Had a lovely convo with three other young ladies I’m not too sure of their names but one was Shazreena helped me pick a beautiful gift for my grand babies! Keep up the great work guys!

I think this is even more expansive than standalone Warehouse stores haha. Not as busy either than others so it's more tidy and easy to navigate around. Returns desk was helpful with me needing to exchange an item. Checkout queues are otherwise seemingly always long here

This Warehouse is located in the upbeat Takanini Village next to Addison housings. The shop is nice and very spacious. It has majority of items and plenty of checkouts. Staff are great.

I still love the warehouse. I Recently bought some diffusers and candles for about $6 each and they are surprisingly good.

Amazing service needed urgent photo prints for a funeral and staff were incredibly accommodating and made everything easy!! It was very much appreciated
