N. V.Good store with things I need on a daily basis. Average system for click and collect, but employees are very friendly, respectful and kind, so all good 👍🏼 Only thing is I hope they have more E14 bulbs, please? Most lamps in store require E14 but there are no E14 bulbs available for the last couple of months that I have tried.
B. T. M.Was a bit lost from some of the younger staff that weren't too helpful to be honest, saw an older staff member who was really helpful and even helped me look for a tradie hat at another place as they couldn't provide the stock they had due to the stoke being lost. I think her name was jeanine, half cast maori lady with a maori tattoo on her hand. Really appreciated her whole attitude and energy. Thanks to her I walked out feeling like my issue was resolved, when 5 minutes earlier i felt frustrated. Thank you
J.Used a click and collect. Booked 3.45. Had to wait 20mins. que was slow. Got box at 4.05. Fairly busy. People getting confused which line to wait in. Automatic sanitiser not working.

G. J.Waited a good length of time at checkout as cashier needed to do return goods inquiry. 1assistant on checkout, 1 on self serve, one security at the door.
Interesting using self serve.
So its groceries at countdown and did self serve check-out, self serve at warehouse, banking through phone and home again without talking with another sole.
No morena, how has your day been, thank you or smile, hmmmmm worth pondering lockdown with no lockdown, lonely lost older generation and little need for students to speak in sentence. Hmmmm
L. T.This is a purpose built store so has all the amenities that you would expect. The Staff are very friendly and helpful but don't hover around the Customer. The shop itself is kept spotlessly clean and you don't find half as many items dumped around the Store and especially around the public price scanners.

V. S.I was so impressed and humbled by the kindness, efficiency and help by Tina in the Fitting Rooms at the Takanini Warehouse. Not only did she go the extra mile looking for the right sizes for me, but I observed she was equally patient and helpful to another customer. At a time like Christmas, good service matters most. P.Some discounted stuff really worth to buy but you always need to queue to check out as this warehouse a bit smaller than others and less counter ~ parking can be real tight most of the time too ~
J. H.Well run store, in my humble opinion. Usually very organised, usually plenty of stock but I would ring the store before jumping in the car, especially for one off items or ones they just run out of. I'm a warehouse fan, I think it's a good warehouse store.
T. T.A great place to shop would give it 5stars but am just a lil disappointed in the signage allocated for the perfume section please get appropriate signage that is visible to customers around that area so what happened to me doesnt happen to other customers who enjoy shopping there. An A4 paper attached to a pole is not visible enough for customers considering their attention is on the products for sale.

H. Z.It's a place for everything! From furniture to clothes.... they have a chip and quality products! To be honest, the warehouse is New Zealands best destination combine with quality product + affordable price! I guarantee to you all to try it!
C.The Warehouse is like the New Zealand equivalent of an American Walmart. However it's electronic section sucks. They do have a good range of dvds and at a good price as well. Great place to buy Lego, definitely wait for a 25 percent of special though. Not the cleanest place to be and definitely not the nicest place to shop.

N. Q.This is in the newly established Addison suburb. Beautiful large store with all the stuff that you expect from Warehouse. Situated within mini open mall with modern vibe and number of cafe and restaurants.

D. M.Bit disappointed last few visits. Maybe Christmas rush or understaffed? but shelves not maintained and incorrect or missing pricing on alot of products. Found myself having to take multiple items to the pricechecker before heading to the checkout.
D.It's got a good range of stuff here but they hardly put the sales signs out in this store so you don't realise some things are on special unless you've visited their website.
