Good revamp store. Handy location, close to Motorway off ramp and ample parking. Friendly staff and most of the time have stuff in stock. Check out my photos. Recommending a visit. They now start selling branched sportsware such as Under Armour, Puma, Champions.. Adding competitions to other outlet stores in the Westgate Shopping Centre. Just one thing to note... This is the Warehouse, so would be unrealistic to expect same level of services and staff expertise comparing to Farmers/Smith Caugheys. :). Yvonne, Jess etc all gave really good customer service at the customer services desk. Much appreciated

The expected retail therapy is easily achieved with a broad range of goods with varying prices but you'll find most of what you may need here. Ample parking. Gets busy and tills/ paypoints are not well staffed so queues often result. Come here for barely good service.

Totally new layout is a little bit confusing. Still the best place for all your household needs and everyone gets a bargain. Popped in because the temperature dropped so quickly that I wanted a few extra layers of clothing. Brought a reasonably priced sweatshirt. Had a quick tour of the store then used the quick and convenient self service checkouts.

Its the Warehouse. Not a lot of staff just lurking around helping people.. so if you need help you'll have to endeavour to find a staff member. As long as you know kinda what your looking for you should be okay. From plants to panties and everything in-between.

A lot has been done to bring it up to a better standard. Not that easy still to find things as the menswear signs block the whole view. Click and collect lockers available for after hours collection and self checkouts makes completing the purchase quicker and easier

I love THIS warehouse. I love it. It looks amazing. I like it at night when no one is there especially 😂😂😂 I noticed the changes start happening when a very fabulous manager came on board sometime I guess last year? I see him sometimes always busy doing art of making it look good. Merchandising makes such a big difference! I also find the customer service desk so good. If electronic stuff stops working they are amazing and trade it out. I literally buy everything from this warehouse. Knowing that faulty stuff gets taken care of quick smart makes me so much more confident in buying things I’m not 100% on. Excellent work all of you. Such a great team.

The store has had a remodel and it looks like it's still ongoing, there are still some sections that need stock to be reintroduced. What they have done so far is great, it's a very large warehouse so there's a large supply of stock, the isle are spacious and well planned out. Theres a clearance section in one corner of the store which is great, you'll never know what kind of bargains you'll find there. The self-service checkouts were a welcome surprise! They work well, are quick and hopefully will ease congestion at the tills. Overall, a great store.

Great place for browsing. Products are often cheap and of poor quality. The service returns desk lady was quite rude and uncommunitive. Seems to be a lot of staff walking around but only one or two checkouts working making people wait unnecessarily with just a few items. One lady just left her goods and walked out rather than wait.

Love love love!!! This store has it all and very seldom I can't find what I want. Friendly staff an I never have any issues with returns. Good deals and specials and lots of parking. It's my go to place

I went in as they were doing refurbishing the store.Its a big sized store every layout of the warehouse is different. When you shop you are left to browse around untill you need someone to help you and there is a staff member happy to help out. What i noticed at warehouse are the new brands especially for mens. Good style and quality. Free WiFi is available

Did some shopping on Saturday, found excellent deals store wide, purchased some storage containers and found one of the employees putting out some sale cushions on my way down to checkout, i appreciate the effort and calmness he had getting them out as everyone was crowding around. Wide selection of reasonably priced items. My flatmate bought a fishing rod and promptly broke the reel trying to remove it from its plastic packaging. Although I'm sure the reel was not made from the best materials, it was totally my flatmate's fault as he was opening the package like an idiot.

Bargains are great. Having to locate where the makeup items were as they were relocated to the other side of the store. So if you head in it would be on your far right not your left.

Not much choice or variety in the larger sizes of women's clothing. Used to be a lot better, but definitely gone downhill in that area!

Can be confusing during the busy times as it is a bug store, considering the 'extra' it advertises, other than that it's your generic warehouse amongst a shopping centre.

Andrea asked if she could assist me. I wanted leggings but only had 26+ sizes out in shop. She went out back & bought me 3 different colours in size I needed.
