J.Good revamp store. Handy location, close to Motorway off ramp and ample parking. Friendly staff and most of the time have stuff in stock. Check out my photos. Recommending a visit. They now start selling branched sportsware such as Under Armour, Puma, Champions.. Adding competitions to other outlet stores in the Westgate Shopping Centre. Just one thing to note... This is the Warehouse, so would be unrealistic to expect same level of services and staff expertise comparing to Farmers/Smith Caugheys. :). Yvonne, Jess etc all gave really good customer service at the customer services desk. Much appreciated
G.The expected retail therapy is easily achieved with a broad range of goods with varying prices but you'll find most of what you may need here. Ample parking. Gets busy and tills/ paypoints are not well staffed so queues often result. Come here for barely good service.
M.Totally new layout is a little bit confusing. Still the best place for all your household needs and everyone gets a bargain. Popped in because the temperature dropped so quickly that I wanted a few extra layers of clothing. Brought a reasonably priced sweatshirt. Had a quick tour of the store then used the quick and convenient self service checkouts.
S.Its the Warehouse. Not a lot of staff just lurking around helping people.. so if you need help you'll have to endeavour to find a staff member. As long as you know kinda what your looking for you should be okay. From plants to panties and everything in-between.
M.A lot has been done to bring it up to a better standard. Not that easy still to find things as the menswear signs block the whole view. Click and collect lockers available for after hours collection and self checkouts makes completing the purchase quicker and easier
A.Great place to go and get the things needed for the household and daily needs. From cloths, to kitchen, electronics, jewellery and garden stuff. All in one.
B.Loads of parking and public toilets close by definitely also cafe at the entrance and barber which is a plus.
A.I love THIS warehouse. I love it. It looks amazing. I like it at night when no one is there especially 😂😂😂 I noticed the changes start happening when a very fabulous manager came on board sometime I guess last year? I see him sometimes always busy doing art of making it look good. Merchandising makes such a big difference! I also find the customer service desk so good. If electronic stuff stops working they are amazing and trade it out. I literally buy everything from this warehouse. Knowing that faulty stuff gets taken care of quick smart makes me so much more confident in buying things I’m not 100% on. Excellent work all of you. Such a great team.
L.The store has had a remodel and it looks like it's still ongoing, there are still some sections that need stock to be reintroduced.
What they have done so far is great, it's a very large warehouse so there's a large supply of stock, the isle are spacious and well planned out.
Theres a clearance section in one corner of the store which is great, you'll never know what kind of bargains you'll find there.
The self-service checkouts were a welcome surprise! They work well, are quick and hopefully will ease congestion at the tills.
Overall, a great store.
K.Revamped store, very spacious, clean and tidy. Just need to get used to finding things now as most things are in different areas. Love the new self serve checkouts. Great for when you're in a hurry and can't be bothered with chit chat from checkout operators
s.Extremely professional staff. Prompt & efficient service. I bought a sofa set few years back & the store manager went the extra mile, to assist us comprising the delivery and kept me well informed, overall in the entire process. Highly recommend!
A.Great place for browsing. Products are often cheap and of poor quality. The service returns desk lady was quite rude and uncommunitive. Seems to be a lot of staff walking around but only one or two checkouts working making people wait unnecessarily with just a few items. One lady just left her goods and walked out rather than wait.

I am on my way there now just passing huntly I'm coming from Hamilton please I hope u get this before I get there ... I thought it said westmall so I'll see u about 630pm tonight please hold onto the speaker for me ...

N.Love love love!!! This store has it all and very seldom I can't find what I want. Friendly staff an I never have any issues with returns. Good deals and specials and lots of parking. It's my go to place
D.I went in as they were doing refurbishing the store.Its a big sized store every layout of the warehouse is different.
When you shop you are left to browse around untill you need someone to help you and there is a staff member happy to help out.
What i noticed at warehouse are the new brands especially for mens.

A.Really big with some special items on sale.
T.Great selection of products and reasonable prices. Found team to be friendly though a little stressed at the counters as only one till open and back log of customers due to issues with self serve terminals.
C.Had an issue with my click and collect as wrong items were sent, no effort made in store to rectify the issue, online team was super helpful however and were confused why the store never contacted them to help sort out.
S.Did some shopping on Saturday, found excellent deals store wide, purchased some storage containers and found one of the employees putting out some sale cushions on my way down to checkout, i appreciate the effort and calmness he had getting them out as everyone was crowding around. Best Warehouse store i have been too in Auckland by far.
T.Wide selection of reasonably priced items. My flatmate bought a fishing rod and promptly broke the reel trying to remove it from its plastic packaging. Although I'm sure the reel was not made from the best materials, it was totally my flatmate's fault as he was opening the package like an idiot.
i.Bargains are great. Having to locate where the makeup items were as they were relocated to the other side of the store. So if you head in it would be on your far right not your left.
P.Getting real annoying that they are taking ages for the re vamp of the store- shame they couldn't do it at night like kmart did- even the staff have no idea were things were. I gave up in the end. hopefully it will be all done soon
D.Warehouse is such a great store. Only problem is many times it's hard to find stuff or staff. Great price good quality.
A.Large Warehouse but not a Warehouse extra. You can find lots there and staff knows usually where to find what. They offer rain checks on products no longer in stock at the store.
R.Looking to get better cost for general house cleaning product, such as vacuum powder, dish soaps, laundry powder, toilet paper, paper towel and more, check the warehouse.
W.Only had 2 shirts of my size and only one colour more would have been better the price was 5Star.
k.Good prices, general around stuff, most things you buy, will be pretty standard, no thrills, they'll get the job done, but not necessarily 'quality'

T.Not much choice or variety in the larger sizes of women's clothing. Used to be a lot better, but definitely gone downhill in that area!
