S.Incredibly fast service from ordering to item arriving only took 3 days! Only issue I had was the need to order items separately rather than as a combo kit - the combo was online but "out of stock" when all of the individual parts were available. They were very helpful when I pointed this out.
A.The purchase of shelving was great, they hold max 600kg and are just fantastic for garage storage. But the service we got was lacking, we paid $65 for freight it took 2 weeks to turn up which required lots of follow up with TopMaQ, people not responding to emails or being really unhelpful and when it did it was damaged. This then led to another delay and we still haven’t had the old damaged product picked up because the delivery company won’t pick it up unless we’ve wrapped it.
M.My chipper / shredder arrived in Auckland a couple of days after ordering. It was very easy to assemble (with the instructions actually easy to follow) and started on the first pull!
Have used it a few times since and it certainly does the job well
P.Ordering online was easy and delivery was fast, no complaints. I would have preferred to pickup to avoid the freight charge but it seems the Auckland branch doesn’t have the same stock levels that the Christchurch branch has.
G.Looked at a lot of other 3 way fridge/freezers before choosing this unit. Ordered Freezer on line, during the Xmas/New Year Holidays, was quickly emailed by Topmaq once they opened for business that my order had been processed & the freezer had been shipped. It arrived quickly, well boxed/protected, I have run it on 240V & LPG and it does what Topmaq advertises it will do. It stays frozen even on extremely hot days whilst some of its competitors struggle or can't. It is ideal for our family long trips away.

M.This is my second purchase from TopmaQ. Both were trolleys for our retail store, and while they are different types of trolleys they have different jobs.
I have found TopmaQ great to deal with in terms of prompt delivery and great product. they have an excellent range as well.
T.High quality products only beaten by the knowledgeable staff! If the tool won't do the job and they have something better suited they'll tell you. Going somewhere else I would have brought tools that would have been entirely unsuitable. The switch from old tools to cordless has been a heck of a lot cheaper than expected. It's the impressive service that will bring me back every time though.
D.As with previous orders, this one was delivered quickly. The items were exactly as described and good quality. an added bonus is the fact that I can use my Farmlands card for online purchases: this is not possible with many card partners. TopmaQ is always my first choice.
E.I firstly got delivered the wrong mower,
Update 29/12/2021 what wrote above have been solved, it easy to start and have used 3 times is 👍 and the power is good.
Mite be to much for home if you want it just for home or if you have soft grass get lower cc.
