Such awesome staff and service at this place! They really want to help you and have loads of experience and advice to give. I am an absolute beginner and they've helped me find the perfect board for me and give such good deals. they go over and above with the service and even know you by name. would highly recommend them to anyone!

Pros: Fast shipping and fairly competitive pricing, responded to emails in timely manner by owner Andre (BUT - see below) Cons: item descriptions on website were not accurate; did not provide solutions when problems arises and the customer had to contact the manufacturer themselves to sort things out at the end (NOTE - not warranty issues) Overall : average online shopping experience hence 3 stars

These guys are absolute legends. I don't live in Auckland so I've never personally been into the store, but I've bought quite a few items from them online, including a new surfboard and some gear to go with it. Both times they have been so helpful and over-all are an absolute pleasure to deal with.
