Oh my gosh... That crazy Dutchman is good. I was in a rush so we didnt talk for long but he was such a pleasure to talk to and to top it off he knew his products. I recommend coming to this place first before thinking about approaching the other stores. You won't regret it.

Second time coming in due to the banter I had inside last time. Was served by old mate the Flying Dutchman who had great chat, but even greater knowledge of the products in store. I work in retail so I know it when I see it, and although he doesn't have many teeth, boy does he have exceptional customer service skills... GET THIS MAN A RAISE!

They seem to have a great range but the man who served me was patronising and made me feel like it was a complete waste of his time to serve me. I ended up with 3 pieces of a tobacco pipe that clearly weren’t made to go together. Would not recommend and I won’t be going back. Edit..... well I did go back and the friendly service and extensive knowledge of the staff member defied my expectation, guess they really were having an off day. Thankyou 😊 5 stars
