J.ALWAYS the best shop, in Australia or New Zealand. The staff member that served me, Pieter, was very helpful and spike to me ,nit at me or down to me. He explained everything to me so I could understand. I purchased the latest Apple Ipad and am very happy with it. Other staff members were equally fantastic. We had been to another place that sells the same product,but after asking 4 different people and got kept waiting, my friend suggested we go to Harvey Norman. Best decision ever.

a.Photo booth ..fantastic. I had a massive 42 page legal document that needed my signature on eac page. The pdf needed to be scanned. A few glitches popped up and it would not allow it to be emailed to me but they were brilliant in finding the issue and got it sorted. Great service.

J.Normally a fan of Harvey Norman stores, I was very disappointed in this branch. I love the stores as the staff are friendly and offer assistance. I was looking to buy a tablet, but needed some advice. However, on this occasion no-one came to offer assistance. There just didn't seem to be anyone around which is unusual. I purchased my tablet at a different store.
P.Good quality home ware. Reasonable prices. Can pay off big ticket items if needed.
A.Overall I think products here are usually of good quality. I once bought a cheap $20 power bank here and it didn't hold charge for more than a day. However my new Galaxy A8 2018 is very good, on special for $700, so I am very pleased with it in stark contrast to the power bank.

Could be covid related. Quite a walk for the elderly, to get to the rear entrance, to enter the store

M.Well we all know Harvey Norman. But I must say it never surprises me that I always come away from there with one or two additional items in my trolley. The sales staff at the Blenheim store are all excellent, and always informative about the latest tech trends. It is truly the place to shop for everything home tech.

Neelima in the white goods area is the best for assistance.
Got a TV, washing machine, fridge freezer, sound bar, TV table and other things like smart watch. Everything has worked great.

H.Harvey Normans would be Blenheims best retail outlet that has a good variety of appliances n household furniture at affordable prices...the staff are always on hand to assist with your enquiries ..Harvey Normans have a good clean store but may not be user friendly if you have wheelchair needs or a baby in a pram to deal with ...some areas are narrow n cautio n would be needed

b.Internet catalogue easily read. Staff in refrigeration section were knowledgeable and keen to cut a deal. We bought an upright freezer at a good price and then came the let down. Delivery charges around Blenheim are $70 per item. We live in Waikawa Bay. Go figure
