This shop is located on Redwood Street, Blenheim. Plenty place for parking with welcome for wheelchair as well. Huge shop with a great selection, variety of products. Good prices but if you need assistance no staff around. I like to shopping here.

I usually enjoy my visit to the warehouse to see what books come out and how much they are. But the lady with security( blond hair and glasses) always meets me with a mean stare if I don’t buy something, it’s kind of intimidating and makes me just want to leave... I understand that security is a tough job and some people look suspicious or whatever, just loosen up, smile a bit and maybe enjoying your job will be easier!

I am blown away with how friendly and helpful the staff are! Was in on Thursday and Vikki went above and beyond to help me find the bell I was looking for. I'm so glad we found it as it was a key part to the gift I was giving. I came in on Saturday to get our home office set up and Gustavo(I think that's right?) Was super helpful! We walked out very happy and confident we would get the other desk we were after very soon. Trvo(again not sure) was so cheerful and happily helped us. He was great! I have never been to a warehouse with such an out standing crew!

Shockingly good customer service. I needed to make a complicated return with many many items. Staff were friendly and patient, and even went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Alaa and Renata you deserve a raise and a promotion! Seriously, you earned it today.

Staff are not friendly half the time they have no idea what they are doing. I go in all the time and the staff turnover rate is really high there's always different faces. The security is lax as I've seen kids walk out the door with stolen items just really shocking how they can blatantly do that and don't get caught. Better staff training. I asked one girl if I could please have a bag and she replied "yup when I'm ready" just disgusting how rude the staff are. They don't even say excuse me when trying to get down and aisle with a trolley they would rather barge through everyone it's not the nicest place to go so when Kmart is built the warehouse blenheim will lose all my business.

Cheap, mostly imported, products, some of which are great. In US terms, think Walmart. They sometimes have some great stuff cheap in the garden/nursery department. Good parking. If you need gas anyway, it's a good place to stop.

Rang to find out about prices for an appliance found out they in Stock went to have a look but product was not on the shop floor from display so the extremely helpful polite staff member I believe holly was here name done an awesome job of finding product in the store room and helped my friend and I from point of sale all the way to assisting to put it into our vechical the five stars I give are for her customer service. Your actual store I would give three stars to only because you did not have a floor display of that particular item
