A.I couldn't recommend Rods and Blinds more. Absolutely love their service and offering. We have ordered venetian blinds from them multiple times for renovations and they are very high quality, look fantastic, are so reasonably priced (the best price we have found by far for the quality of the blinds) and are delivered on time. I have just placed another order, and have already recommended them to family and friends. Haven't seen any other blind service as good, highly recommend!
Photo quality is not good, but the venetian blinds we ordered for our lounge window look great.

K.Before purchasing from Rods & Blinds, I looked around and compared over 10 different suppliers/retailers. This company beat them firstly on price, then also on speed. I requested samples from most and some have still not turned up even after installation of these blinds! These guys sent samples out within a day, with the urgency of our situation, this was impressive. The blinds exceeded my expectations of quality. The weight on the blind is heavy and keeps it in place (in comparison to many cheap blinds). The chain is plastic, but I can't see this being a problem. They supplied chain guards as well, free of charge! Undoubtedly, I will be recommending this company and will be sure to use them for any future requirements.

S.We had searched around a bit for our new blinds as we're quite particular however the team at Rods and Blinds were amazing to deal with. They listened to our instructions and were very helpful with everything.
The blinds are now safely fitted and installed and we absolutely LOVE them.

P.Measure twice. If you want internal fitting blinds DO NOT go off the builders plan. We did but the service, and kindness of Rods and Blinds was fabulous as we reordered our second time.
The woodlike venetian blinds were so easy to put up and they have just completed our kitchen to perfection.

A.Fantastic! Samples arrived only days after requesting. Quoting & ordering was simple. Blinds arrived a few weeks later and fitted perfectly. To top it all off the price was awesome only paid $270 for 2 custom made blinds delivered to my door, love it!
S.Wow! Apart from receiving our rods & blinds for our new home right on the deadline I was blown away with the quality. Not only did I make a saving from buying direct from the manufacturer but the high standard was a big surprise. At first I was hesitant to buy online but now I have certainly gained my confidence! s.First order a few years ago went great. This time? Zero contact in 25 days, no answer to email, no response to message on answerphone, for "3 day dispatch" blinds. Just about to start a chargeback.
Update: After contacting business next to the address in their website who explained there had been nobody in the building for quite a while, I was about to start a chargeback. I then got a call from them to explain they had changed address and that my blinds would be dispatched that day.
Happy with the quality of the blinds, but I'll probably think twice about any more orders.
E.If there were more stars Rods and Blinds would get them too! Fantastic people and fantastic product. I love the Resene matching which means I can get exactly the right look. The new slimline dual roller is wonderful and gives a really clean look. The people I dealt with were fantastic...so helpful and patient as I worked out exactly what I wanted. If there was only one small improvement it would be a little easier to contact. It took several phone calls to actually get to talk to anyone which during the work day did become tricky and email responses were a bit slow. However, the end result is simply superb and I can’t wait to try the automated, phone connected ones for the living room! Highly recommend this company!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
