Excellent store with top of the line exclusive products. They also seem to have frequent sales. I chose click and collect yet one of the staff members Rick offered to drop my carpet shampooer off on his way home from work!! Excellent service. Excellent product knowledge and wide range of products. Sales staff are not pushy and listen to your requirements asking relevant questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else or recommend anywhere else if needing anything to do with carpet cleaning/ vacuum cleaning appliances. Just bought a carpet shampoo appliance today and have bought a vacuum cleaner there too in the past which still works well. 100/100 rating!

The young lad who was extremely helful and funny showed us the difference between the machines and let us chose the right one. So happy with the purchase and their service is second to none. Took my vacuum in for repair - older model -told it would take up to 2 weeks to be looked at - fixed and sorted within the week - great service by the guy at the counter - cost us $40 which was better than having to buy a whole new vacuum!
