G.I just had the most amazing customer service from Debbie, Lisa and Cicily at Adairs in Riccarton. I bought 2 duvets and 4 pillow cases for my new motor home and I found the colours were not matching. They helped me exchange them and choose 2 new duvets with pillow cases and 4 contrasting euro pillow cases to dress it up. It was a very long process finding the right colour combinations and they were so patient and helpful. We even went 1/4 of an hour passed their closing time to get it sorted. The end result looks stunning thanks to their extra effort.
Update; October 2021. I've just got a second ensemble with the help of the girls at Adairs in Riccarton. It looks as amazing as the first one, photo attached.
T.I went in looking for single sheets but as they were sold out they obtained what I needed from another store and rang me when they arrived. I also bought a very nice throw and a cushion to match. I was very pleased with the quality of my purchases and the discounted price. I couldn't fault the service.
