Briscoes Hornby has been my place to go for years, since being built a number of years ago. I buy mainly bedding items, towels etc when the sales are 50 to 60% off. I was lucky this week that I noticed my Queen electric blanket was no longer heating,so thought I would bin it and buy another Thursday. Imagine my surprise when I found I had only purchased it 11 months ago. I write the purchase date in the tag. So I took it to the shop for a replacement and not a problem. The staff were most helpful. Well done. My warranty usually expires before anything breaks down.

Love the customer service here, they went over and above to find things for us. Boxing day was madness but the line moved fast and the team were lovely. I would give a 5 star, but the shop always seems to be in a but of chaos with things on the floor or in the wrong place, luckily the team are happy to help find things

Store tidy, well organised and well stocked. Great discounts. One female shop assistant on the floor rather dismissive and one male assistant at the counter seemed distracted and serving me a bit of a nuisance. However I will shop there again despite the lack of positive qualities that I usually find in retail shop staff. Cannot help wondering if the fact that I am old had anything to do with it or if weekend staff are different from during the week.

This isn't my local Briscoes but they are a bit more helpful and friendly here. That's not saying that the others aren't, but Hornby takes it up a small notch. One of the best places to go for the sales and they always seem to be having a sale. 😁👍 It's a bit of a drive, but happy to make it for the level of service.

We visited Briscoes, Hornby on Saturday around 12.30pm. There is a large amount of parking to accommodate shoppers for Briscoes, The Warehouse (next door), Rebel Sports and a range of other shops in the immediate vicinity. Parking can be chaotic at the best of times but this just proves how popular the shopping in the area is. Briscoes in Hornby is well stocked with a good variety of products available to select from. Some areas of the shop are a little crammed in e.g. BBQ's on left of entrance and cushions shelves on wall but are sufficient to get a trolley through. Fantastic bargains on mattress protectors $15.00 down from $129.95 (Super King) and $109.95 (Queen). Briscoes is known for their awesome bargains anyway but this is the best buy I've come across this year. Check out service was friendly and fast. The only thing I don't like when shopping at Briscoes stores is being asked for donations - and no I'm not a tight wad.
