A.Nice staff. But always make sure are giving advice about something you actually have or properly know about.
And maybe have more stock or top up more often some items have been out for weeks.
C.The girls here were pleasant and friendly.
I loved that whilst they left me alone to make my selections, a comment let me know that they were aware of me, and were available to pop over, should I have looked like I needed help.

J.I actually really like this place, but wow the female staff who served me absolutely looked miserable and just wasn't keen to serve me or the guy after me. 3stars because of the service.
M.Usually great service. They do however have some staff that appear to have no interest what so ever in helping us more mature shoppers. You need more mature staff to take care of us older shoppers. If I could get my products from else where I would.
Q.Great selection of vapes and juices, and cheerful and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to take five minutes to explain how to get my new vape set up. Cheers guys, really pleased.

J.Well presented store. However I'm very disappointed in the bad language a lady was using yesterday. The blonde guy told her to watch her language but she reacting with more abuse towards him???. Seems like the workers need to respect their managers more!
R.Really interesting store with a huge range of products- e-cigs, festival fashion, incense and crystals to name a few.. something for everyone in here. Staff are helpful and on the case if you have any questions, which is pretty likely with this many options! Great store to find a gift for someone.

A.I love Cosmic Palms as I can always find something in there to buy. Great make up - bring back the Ka oir lipstick though it's my favourite! Handbags, hat's, tights, sunglasses and all sorts - great variety. Happy and informative staff who genuinely looked pleased you have come in. Manager is delightful and always helpful, I always find the shop tidy and window displays eye catching! Thanks!

K.This is the one shop I always visit at the Palms as I can find everything I need for presents from my 10 year old daughter to my dad (and myself of course). The tall girl with ginger hair is extremely helpful and I find all the staff friendly and able to give good advice.

M.Reat shop for finding gifts for that gard to shop for friend. Most items are hugely marked up but it's has a good range of accessories for smokers and drug addicts scales, point bags caps (local dealer start up kits)
