Only just started shopping here and to begin with was overly impressed with how much stock they have to look at on their premises and a lot we saw we have not seen in other stores, so a variety of items to choose from. So many different choices and good quality products and brand names. We purchased a toaster last week and saved quite a lot on it compared to the other shops we looked at. Yesterday we walked in to buy a microwave and walked out with a fridge/freezer as well as they had a good deal on a combo buy. Staff are lovely and informative & were very patient with us & Nikita, Jarrod and the manager were very helpful overall, so a big thank-you to them. 5 ⭐️ for our overall experience in this store and look forward to shopping with them again. Can’t wait to use our purchases & will review on them at a later date.

Staff have good product knowledge. Service was great and they were more than happy to check availability then help load into the car.

Actually, I bought good quality lipstck and makeup for $5 each. Plus a really good tool for opening jars ( the ones you can't unscrew ) Cost: $15. Plus a Wiltshire 3 in 1 peeler, comes with an easy adjustable head. Cost $15. Helpful staff too. Easy parking.

No Airpoints anymore though.. deals are good and store is neat.

If you're an oligarch then no need to search for any other stores where anything you need for your home and household is being sold. Here u can find anything u need for this purpose. Unfortunately I'm poor as a church mouse that's why I would prefer to surf trademe or marketplace by fb..🤦‍♂️😂 But overall - a very good huge store cuz it's not their fault that I'm short of money 💷... 🤦‍♂️ 😁

Excellent Service from Glenn here. He was very knowledgeable with regards to what TV and soundbar to purchase. We also picked up a fridge and got given a great deal. Will shop here again!

Had the best experience here with Harvey Norman. We were served by Sam who was not only very friendly and polite but was exceptionally knowledgeable about all of the many products that we inquired about as we sort to buy a house lot of goods for our new build. My wife and I were so impressed with Sam's professionalism and manner. We have recommended him to many of our friends as the person to go see for the best advice and prices.

I went in to Harvey Norman Tower Junction admittedly with no intention of purchasing anything, just for a look. I was greeted by a young man named Sam who simply asked how I was and then advised as I responded with "good just browsing " he would be close by if I needed anything. I felt this kind of service is a rarity in appliance retail and was expecting this shop to be just the same as any other Harvey Norman shop, pushy and rude. This has certainly shaped a better opinion of this particular shop and Harvey Norman as a whole . I will continue to make all of my purchases from this shop as long as sales people like Sam clements are around .

Some great deals to be had here and you can easily ask them to sharpen their pencil on the sticker price as well. If you are looking for a bargain check out this place first.

Nothing was a bother to the young lady she was very pleasant and also able to answer all the questions I had about the product I was thinking of purchasing. She even carried it to the car for me.
