A.We were served by David on 2 occasions, once re washing machine and once for a streaming device. These are two very different areas of expertise and he was extremely knowledgeable about both, super helpful. We had just been at another store where the staff didn’t know how to answer our questions. Product knowledge is really important when making large purchases.
F.Always the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A shop that always has good quality and more importantly they are willing to replace or service your purchasing.

He seems a specialist in coming into a "win-win" deal. Having had a bitter experience at a competitor store, he gave us a 5 star service. And the delivery prompt and goods as promised. J.Visited this store on Friday to look at ovens, cookers and dishwashers. Kamal greeted us listened to what we were looking for He was friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy.Although we didn't buy anything that visit we wanted to give hime a service high five shout out..post script...we went back and made a purchase of an oven, diswasher, range hood and cooktop.

J.I did notice quite a few staff members standing around behind the counter doing nothing, just chatting. Didn’t seem very professional. Also I did call up first, and the first lady I spoke to, talked to me as if I was such a burden. She sounded so uninterested, was kinda off putting.
Staff member that served me was great though :) I think his name was Mash :)
b.Excellent service from Mash K and Nick. Had laptop issues, Mash made the warranty process simple, we got a loan laptop with data to be transfered and laptop on its way for repair or replacement. Thanks guys you were awesome!
M.They are helpful staff here as it will not take very long before someone asks if they can help you. There is a very good range of electrical products here and the staff seem to have a good knowledge of what they are selling. Like all Harvey Norman stores look out for the specials and for example cash backs. You can save considerable amounts of money with these deals
Worth investigating what's on offer if you need something especially if you have cash. Cash sweetens the deal.

A.Great store, great service with salesman that are not pushy. In addition, if you wish to return a product they can usually just give you the money back unlike competitors that insist on giving you store credit.
A.Went to buy a new vacuum. I had done my research and narrowed it down to 2 different ones. walked in, someone helped me straight away and explained the pros and cons of both models, didnt push one over the other. Was very helpful and knowledgeable so.made my decision easy for me. In and out quick smart. And carried it to my car for me.

S.Just wanting to acknowledge Harvey Norman Northwood (especially Technician Manager Ethan) for his/their everlasting great service! I had a screen problem with my iPhone XS and Ethan was so quick to send away for a replacement screen once checked over - I only had to wait a week for the phone to be repaired and then Ethan even hand delivered my phone back to me at my work whilst he was on annual leave. If that's not good Customer Service then I don't know what is! Forever appreciate the help I receive from each and every staff member here - always so friendly and kind! 100% recommend & 100% recommend Ethan deserves a free coffee, energy drink and a pay rise! : )

r.I love this store. It has a great up to date range and the sales reps are great. I recently purchased a new washing machine, fridge and toaster from there and they gave me a great deal. There's no hard sell but a genuine interest in your wants and needs.
S.I went to Harvey Norman in Northwood yesterday looking for a printer. A salesman Saurabh (excuse spelling) who although busy with some work came to me and assisted in my needs. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful in which printer would best serve my needs. I can highly recommend him to anyone who needs computer and allied equipment and his expertise does credit to the company.

L.I would like to comment on the fantastic service from Saurabh when I went to buy a printer. He was courteous, very obliging and extremely helpful, an asset to your sales team. I will definitely be seeking him out when shopping in that department again.

Sales staff are great, knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. Plenty of parking just outside. Public toilets also right outside. Wheelchair accessible with disability parking very close by.

Will give you honest advise and not all staff members will try to up sell you. Also good for asking for deals on items.
P.There were a lovely shop assistant who helped us with our choice of vacuum cleaners when we randomly checked this store in the evening a couple of weeks ago ... Especially a labrador puppy, she knew what would work for us, and informed us that the one we were looking for wasn’t the right, and gave a better and reasonable option 🙂
A.We love Harvey Norman....they sure know their stuff!! We buy all our electronics, computers, TV's from them. They never rush you and are more than willing to answer your questions no matter how dumb we sound. Can't praise them enough! We've never struck anyone who seemed to want to get rid of us. Go Northwood Harvey Norman!!

Keeps the bed warm and cosy all night, even after turning the blanket off. Give it 5 stars from us.

B.On 13th February, 2018 we purchased a photo album on line which was to be a special gift to an overseas relation and we allowed sufficient time for it to be printed and posted by the required date.
The album was printed and available for pick up well before the estimated time. We took it home and spent time looking at the finished product and the album came to pieces with loose pages. We returned it back to the shop and explained what had happened and the staff member Nikki arranged for another album to be printed and at our request was couriered to our home address so we could meet the mailing deadline. Nikki kept us informed of actions she had taken to ensure the replacement album was sent in the deadline set. Nikki was first class in her professional handling of the relevant issues. The replacement copy was received on time. When we examined the item lo and behold it fell to bits similar to the first one. We were not impressed to say the least.
A phone call to Harvey Norman today 5th March we explained the position to Shanea and she was immediate in her response by saying leave it with me and I will phone you shortly. About an hour later Shanea phoned and explained their printing agent had a machine problem and that a yet another album would be printed and couriered to us urgently and further they would refund the original cost to us.
Many thanks to Nikki and Shanea for their first class customer relations
given to us. They both deserve special acknowledgment by their employer.
Today 21st March I received a phone call from Shanea aking if we were satisfied with the replacement book. It was most pleasing to received a follow up these days. Thank you for Shanea for your professional action.
