FINALLY GOT REFUND after 3 weeks of trying to sort, ended up being their managers blunder, still were a tad difficult to deal with as i felt they were not believing me,. Communication got better as they realized the fault was theirs, cant give a 5 star rating as still unhappy with the process that happened.

Beautifully cut and constructed jacket. Top quality. Sizing chart gave me a very close fit with original jacket and I had to exchange for my normal size but delivery and return very prompt and the company easy to deal with. Will shop again with this company but will stick to my usual New Zealand sizing.

Was at Bush Inn Centre today and Had a Great Hair cut, Looked around at Several Shops all Cheerful with Christmas Cheer and went into the Leather Shop. Owner a Good Sort, Engaging, and Great Sense of humour. Interesting array of Leather Goods, Some MORE Interesting than others for the ADVENTUROUS 😉, Very amenable to Returning a Product if the size was not right. We chatted about his old Business from The Tuam street, St Asaph Street area that Sadly Collapsed in the February Earthquake. I lived over the Shops there in the 80's. My Final Good Word he recommended ELITE MEATS, there is always Good Karma in That. Go and Enjoy and buy at LEATHER DIRECT. Merry Christmas to all. ⛄☃️🎄
