L.Friendly and approachable staff. Store doesn't stock everything it does online. Would love to see Mecca get a larger store like Wellington and maybe another store. Free samples too which is good!!

me.. Shop here all the time and have had really nice lady's that have served me that is what makes me wanna go back...but this girl made me feel uncomfortable just rude. But still my favourite shop

H.The best MECCA branch in NZ! Unlike other branches, they always answer their phone and over the phone service is fantastic. The Chch staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and work hard to understand each customer's skin and make up needs. I have been here many times to get skin care and make up, which I trust and use every day. Their beauty services are also on point, have taken friends to get make-overs done with great success. As a big plus, they are also dog friendly, which makes the visit a treat for both my collie and I! Highly highly recommend ❤️
S.I love how I am treated when I go to Mecca, I always leave with what I want and a few extra's ;) if they don't have what I need instore they go out of their way to find it online and get it shipped to me! also when ordering online, I love how It usually arrives the next day

R.The ladies here are SUPER lovely, even during level 3 with social distancing and the click and collect they're really helpful and so nice. The woman I spoke to on the phone was really knowledgeable, super sweet and put in wee samples to help with deciding on the colour for the foundation I wanted. Then the lady that helped me when I collected my package kept up the great service in helping me and being so lovely and kind. 10/10 ladies, very happy ^_^ keep up the fantastic work!
r.I had such a lovely expierence with Briana Clark doing a full face makeup tutorial. She worked perfectly inside my budget and made me feel stunning, such lovely tips and would highly recommend to anyone who’s feeling abit out of their depth in the realm of where to begin with makeup! Chch Mecca :)
3.My friend and I spent almost 2 hrs at the shop and it was super busy Black Friday. However, the staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Lucy. She helped us choose all the products and didn’t hesitate to teach us even we knew nothing about make-up things! Thanks so much :)
