The customer service 5 star. I bought a cup this afternoon. The I saw a crack on that. The sales guy exchange it for me after I bring in my receipt and cup. He also wrap it with bubble paper. ⁽⁽ଘ( ˙꒳˙ )ଓ⁾⁾thank you!

I was walking on the road with my wife when she suddenly started screaming and run away. I realized soon she saw this store. 😅 The store itself is quite small but, something local people seems not to know, it is not the size of a place which make it enjoyable. We spent 20-30 minutes inside trying not to get too much. The staff is friendly and we had good time. We will come back. Highly recommend

Popped in today and my daughter chose this penguin clips, the price tag was $9.49, but at check out I was told the price tag wasn’t correct, it should be 15.49 according to the computer, she’s just about to update the price. So I paid $15.49. We went for lunch and thought again while sit down, that’s something not right came to my mind, we went back to the shop after lunch and found the price tag was still the same, I asked the staff and she said the $15.49 was old price. I shared my feeling of cheating, she said I can make a complain because it’s not her problem😓 Response: The customer here was charged $15.49 which was the original price of the item before the store had a price change. After she came back, I gave her a full refund of the purchase. She could repurchase it at the new price if she wanted ($9.49). At Miniso, our principle is to put our customers first.

Absolutely adore MINISO, friendly staff, very cute and affordable items. I love to visit here and look around when I've been bored in my flat all weekend.
