They sent the pounamu by a courier twice and it was really fast. The only thing we want them to know is to pay more attention in the customer service and try to 'teach' the customers in-store about the importance of the pounamu in the maori and the kiwi culture. In the other way, we loved the explanation of each of the stones and the carvers.
