Piko is the best! Great prices, great products, great team. It’s a tough time to be a small shop, and they’re doing their absolute best to make sure to be as inclusive as possible (by offering to do online orders, phone orders, or other options), while still keeping their staff members and other shoppers safe. Not to mention the best brownies and muffins ever. So much love for Piko!

I love shopping at Piko. The selection of foods is amazing, the vibe is homely. Staff is always super helpful and know their stuff. My favourite is the bulk section where prices are usually cheaper than the packaged version. I often bump into friends which makes the experience even more pleasant.

My favorite place to buy organics in Christchurch. Great diversity of products, friendly staff and reasonable prices. I love knowing that I am spending my money for a non-profit trust that supports charity projects and truly cares about environmental values!

Remarkable collection of loose organic food. Also, the staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help you with your needs. There is also a nice collection of organic flour, you can enjoy trying new healthy food recipes. Highly recommend.

Piko is the most delightful kai shopping experience you could ever have. The staff always have the time to not just help you out but also strike up conversation with you that is real. They are super knowledgeable on the products they stock and the products are very well considered, stocking local, organic and sustainable choices. Plus they have been going above and beyond with safety measures ensuring their staff and customers are as safe as possible in these ever changing times. If you are not able to shop in person they respond wonderfully to phone calls or emails. Thanks for being the raddest crew carrying and crafting the tastiest, most nourishing kai. ps the gf vegan brownie is a heavenly treat and will always have me coming back for more!!

Piko's is my absolute favourite place to shop! Fresh organic produce, package free wholefoods, and everything in between. I love the extensive range of environmentally conscious products and the staff are always happy to help. Whether that's komboocha making advice, or toothpaste tube recycling I always feel grateful for the knowledge and willingness to share. Piko's has become a place of community for me, where I go to refuel, feel inspired, nourished and connected. I always bump into friends! Thank you to everyone at Piko's for making it what it is! You're a real treasure for the city and you sure do make my grocery shopping experience that much more enjoyable :)

Love Piko so much. Have shopped here since I was a young twenty year old! Brilliant helpful staff, well chosen range of stock. And best in-house savoury baked goods! Also fully appreciate your public health measures during this time of covid, reminding us to scan, sanitise, mask and distance. It can't always be easy. You and Liberty Market are both helping to keep us all safe and healthy - thank you both of our local wholefoods stores!

Placed a phone order, I was briefly contacted to verify a slight change to the order. Goods, well packed delivered on time. Very pleased with the excellent service.

Excellent selection, clear pricing and designation of items (vegan, local, organic, etc). Lots of homemade items, and fill your own container options. Sometimes the fresh, organic produce here is cheaper than paknsave! And did I mention the wine selection? Match that with great, caring staff and you can understand why I go here more often than the corner dairy.

Healthy, helpful and fresh. Parks easily found and store welcoming. Wish it was closer to home but worth the trip.

This is a great store with quality organic produce and super friendly staff. I really appreciate that the produce/bulk foodstuffs labels clearly state the certification and country of origin. Good emphasis on selling local produce. You will find that some of produce will sometime be cheaper than in the supermarket. Piko offer an efficient delivery option as well. Super recommended.

They have a great selection on natural and whole food options; including mate, an herbal mixture that fixes my digestion issues, and delicious power energy balls. The people working here are delightful and friendly, and never non-robotic! I would love to go back here again if I am ever in town.

Piko Wholefoods is now back in its original location. The building that was destroyed in the earthquakes has been beautifully rebuilt. Pikos provides an upmarket shopping experience for customers who prefer to buy organic produce and groceries. The selection is excellent. Everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to gluten free ground grains, cold pressed oils, organic dairy products and non-toxic cleaning agents can be purchased all in this one location. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the fact that the prices have increased quite substantially since their move back into the very well presented shop.

Awesome store, found everything we were looking for for a week: organic fruit, veggies, raw nuts, raw vegan cookies, even organic menstrual pads. Super lovely stuff was a bonus!

Great organic products of all kinds, different tea mixes and spices are great. They even have two organic brands of yerba mate. Friendly helpful staff too.

Stopped in to get organic tea and found a lovely selection! Also left with really delicious (and VEGAN) pies and breakfast muffin! YUM! Might have to go back for more pies tomorrow.....

Pikos is a legendary Christchurch institution with a huge range of organic goods and produce. It is not the cheapest shop to visit but the range is comprehensive.
