I recently purchased the 'Bourbon Man' gift pack with the Woodford Reserve 700ml bottle from Prodidore Gifts for a special gift for a retiring work colleague in Christchurch New Zealand.
I was told it arrived on time and was beautifully presented, along with the gift card with my message I had requested to be written on it.
I was extremely grateful to Providore Gifts for arranging this on my behalf from across the ditch in Australia. The lady I spoke to on the phone prior to me making the payment also reassured me that my order would be processed immediately and delivered on time the following day.
All in all excellent service and a great experience, 5 Stars. Thank you.
M.Incredible customer service, the friendliest staff and the BEST gift baskets around. I was 'that person' who wanted to add something extra to an already awesome gift basket, the staff were so helpful, nothing was a problem. The gift basket was delivered the next morning to a very happy client. They even sent me a treat. Thanks so much team, 100% recommend. I will be purchasing more gift baskets in the future.

A.Impressed with the speed of their service! After a customer paid an overdue account, I wanted to send them a special thank you, and send it fast. I order online, and was sent order confirmation with a option to track my order status. After only about an hr. the order had been shipped! This allows us to thank our customers immediately, which is important to us. Thanks for making this possible Providoré.
C.Nice products and packaging, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering any of their perishable gifts for a specific date/occasion. I paid extra for Saturday delivery and they arrived on the Tuesday prior. No communication or information/warning on their website prior to ordering, and they didn’t reply to my email about it being delivered on the weekend of Mother’s Day.
T.Excellent customer service. I was very unorganised and ordered gifts for my property manager and my tenants at the last minute before the Christmas break. I checked online and called Providoré to check stocks before ordering. Although the website hadn’t been updated to the minute on stock availability, Providoré called me immediately to work out a suitable solution. They provided a next-day delivery service if ordered early enough and this worked out perfectly. Great service and I received good feedback for the products too!
