A.I've ever had anything other than very good service from The Warehouse Barrington in the 30-odd years I've been shopping there. Today Bridie went above and beyond to find me something out of stock at every other Warehouse in Christchurch.
Full marks.
C.The cute long blonde hair lady at perfume sales was very helpful. She checked with her colleague to answer my inquiry. Peter at check out was very proper, polite and wrapped up my visit with a warm Xmas greeting. A good branch. Thank you.
P.Good car parking very near to the back entrance of Barrington mall Clean entrance. Easy to get around. Lots of specials easily visible. Ailse clear. Plenty of staff visible to ask for help. Available to get ladders to look for other stock. Very clear setup of different sections within the shop. Friendly and smiling checkout staff.
T.Staff on checkout named Peter told us jokes, made our day. Dude deserves a raise!
C.Easy to find and park. Very big shop with plenty of room.
N.Was late for a wedding and needed sewing kit to fix clothes.
Asked for help, staff set up que so could get through quicker.
G.The Warehouse Barrington has been my local fave shopping spot for over 10yrs, I haven't entered or left the store without a friendly smile from staff, Susan in the Jewellery Dept is fantastic, I like to think of her as my very best advisor and value her opinions,she's got great taste ,😊, I enjoy the banter with Ana, knowing her personally since I was a kid, of which it's safe to say that those years are well gone,and all the other faces never fail to assist with anything and last night while in the store I had a terrible C.O.P.D attack and if not for Sharon and her wonderful caring self that she always is and Karen whom she insisted on having her help me out to the car with my waiting partner in it really made me realise how much each of the staff impacted on my day to day life, I want to say that I am happy with the good fortune of a store I have got to go to with all I need under one roof, their customer service should not to be rated less than 11/10, I thank all of the team whom I've likely been assisted by over the years, especially after the scare of nearly collapsing, and the personal care I received I felt compelled to share my shopping under the big red roof and highly recommend my local number 1 warehouse for everything you need including the personal touch, meant alot thanx team 🥰
M.Really like this warehouse branch, very friendly staff who are always willing to help and show you around if you need something. Very obliging at the info desk and a good, quieter atmosphere most times when shopping which is nice too...
C.It's really good here. Easy to access from car park or road. No self-checkouts but the counter service is quick and friendly.
