Helpful staff. Good prices on boxed tissues I was looking for

Bought some stuff for my room. Jug TV etc. Young guy in the TV section actually carried the TV all the way to outside the store so I could get an uber. He should get a promotion he was really helpful. I say thanks.

It was really good experience at warehouse whenever i just came to warehouse its amazing they have great products in lower price range. 😊

I was returning a pair of pants, the lady wasn't getting what I was trying to get across to her about them. After some time, she finally understood what I was trying to get across to her. I got the pants and left. Not a good experience.

The customer service here are superb! I was simply looking for an air pump for an inflatable tub, the staff were really helpful in helping me hold on to my items and suggesting the different ranges and type of air pump I would need. This was great as Warehouse can be huge and get a little whelming with the choices, plus there's tonnes of other customers but they took time to help which was a great welcome.

The staff was helpful, and the prices were cheap. Now I wouldn't go here for quality, you get what you pay for. We purchased a $99 bicycle and it works well enough for what we need. The staff found it out back for us when it wasn't on display. If you need anything quick and cheap, this is your place.

I was looking for a computer mouse one evening. After wandering around for a modest amount of time I approached the help desk. The help desk was most approachable and provided good assistance clearly indicating where they mice were kept so there was no way I couldn't locate the display stands. This was appreciated as I quickly found what I wanted. The short message is good communication from staff is a quality which does help customer satisfaction and perception of a business.

Nice lady served us today and assisted us well. We couldn't find a certain appliance today as there was not much selection but she save us time and money and advised to go to Kmart as its cheaper and bigger range. Great service in my opinion!

Good range of products at a great prices. Conveniently located in Hornby near The Hub with ample parking spaces. Friendly staff and the aisle are very nicely laid-out and trolley friendly.

Experienced a fire alarm. Instructions were given clearly, calmly over the loud speaker. There was a fire outside the building so rightly so that we were asked to get out. They let us know when we could reenter. Get professional and all staff seemed to know what they were meant to do in that situation.

The Warehouse in Hornby has everything that you expect to see in any Warehouse store including a bright & bubbly staff. What else can I say, let's face it all the stores are basically the same layout which must be really good for someone who has recently lost their sight, seriously though it's very difficult to say anything more about Hornby compared to another Warehouse store. With the Hornby you get a wide selection of other shops all with plenty of parking plus a fitness studio & then if you pop over a small road a mall with all the stuff that goes with a mall. So the Hornby Warehouse does have a huge amount to offer the general shopping public. 😊

Incredible place. The stuff is so much cheaper than anywhere else and all works great. Have bought many of their 'necessities' range products and haven't had a problem with anything.

Good customer service. Couldn't find something but someone looked it up and got it from storeroom for me. Quite happy.

I have shopped at numerous Warehouse stores throughout the upper half of the Sth Is, also in Akld, and I have found none to match the level of service assistance, and friendly/courteous staff at Hornby (ChCh). I don't know what-how-why it is, but I have not had one bad experience in what must amount to 25-30 shopping visits. Way to go gals n guys, thank you, you deserve - and I'd like to give - something better than just words of praise.

Oh how I love roaming around the warehouse at Hornby Hub. The staff are friendly and tonight Lizzie on the jewellery counter was amazing. It's one place I can take my time and feel o.k. about it. 🤗🤗

The Warehouse is a great place to buy without the expense. Offers a range of clothing and house wares. Basic tools,gardening needs etc.

I live in Prebbleton and find the Warehouse in Hornby has every thing I need so I dont need to go to the City for product. Excellent store very helpful staff.

We, my brother and I, went to the warehouse in Hornby, what ‘I’ like, is tech.! So from Hornby on a Friday 13 ( may be)🌥 I got a USB-C cable, from the technology dept., a power bank charger cable.

Can be hard to find Osaka during peak shopping time as Hornby mail shopper's tend to share Park. Store can also be a little untidy at times. But usualy a good store.

The warehouse where you get a bargain... reasonable quality. Staff look like they would rather be else where and customer service isn't the best

Not as big as other warehouses in Christchurch but still handy. Be prepared for a long queue though, they are very slow.

Fairly standard Warehouse, car park is rather busy!

Good size and layout, but as it is smaller it doens't have the selection the bigger stores do.

This Warehouse location has all major products but is often hard to find staff members for assistance (especially at the electronics desk) and can be hard to find a car park outside at peak hours.

Always a fave place to shop, clean and makes you feel cmfortable about breastfeeding. Family friendly.

Well laid out you don't get confused with were your going around the store and it's not overall populated

Works well as a store format. Pretty much everything you need and then a whole stack of stuff that you didn't realise you needed!

Has all the usual low to medium quality items. You know what you are getting. Service is minimal as you would expect
